Study On The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste In Sanlong Town,Yancheng City

With the development of rural economy continuously,the living standards of the villagers there has been a large change,the types of waste generated by the increasingly diverse,electronic products,plastic products and daily chemicals contained in proportion to increase,the disposal of domestic waste was not properly,but by simple landfill,casually discarded,over the bearing and the self-purification ability of the environment,causing serious pollution of rural living environment.Rural household garbage pollution is not conducive to the physical and mental health of the villagers,is not conducive to the improvement of the rural living environment,and is not conducive to the construction of rural ecological civilization.At present,the treatment of domestic garbage in rural areas mainly depends on the input of financial and personnel resources from the grass-roots government,which leads to the poor response of the grass-roots government.This article visited Sanlong Town,Yancheng City to understand the rural domestic waste management model in Sanlong Town,and at the same time,through the questionnaire to understand the villagers’ satisfaction with rural domestic waste management and some suggestions for improvement,it was found that even through the pilot of waste sorting treatment And the introduction of third-party property companies in the operation,there are still some problems: garbage collection is not timely,villagers’ participation is low,the incentive mechanism is not working smoothly,and the governance method lacks pertinence.By referring to the specific practices of the domestic rural domestic waste management demonstration areas,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the rural domestic waste management in sanlong Town are proposed: one is to broaden the funding channels,the second is to improve the environmental protection awareness of villagers,and the third is to improve the waste management capacity.The fourth is to establish and improve relevant systems.With a view to perfecting the rural domestic waste management model,and promoting the construction of beautiful villages.
