Research On Emergency Decision Support System For Water Pollution Emergencies In Water Source Area

Water pollution emergencies seriously affect people’s normal production and life,and when serious,they may also trigger public opinion events such as panic.In particular,the water resources of drinking water sources can have a direct impact on the health and safety of the population’s life.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an emergency decision support system for water pollution emergencies based on water sources when the water pollution event happens,which can rapidly warn and deliver comprehensive emergency plans are made to assist decision-making.In order to deal with the above problems,this article makes the following research:First of all,it analyzes and summarizes the background of water pollution emergencies in the water source area,studies the situation of water pollution emergencies domestic and overseas,and the development of decision support systems,and applies the expert system to the research.in knowledge-based design,this paper investigates the knowledge base with the Expert Systems module,selects the knowledge representation methods,uses the "frame + production" knowledge representation methods,expresses the knowledge and cases that need to be preserved in water pollution emergencies,and sets the basic rules in order to adjust knowledge setting.Secondly,combined with expert system theory,the emergency decision support system for water pollution emergencies in water sources is designed systematacially.Concentrating on the research and design of reasoning engine in expert system,it combines the design system reasoning process with case-based reasoning technology,uses the K nearest neighbor method to calculate the global similarity between the current accident case and the historical case,and chooses the reasoning method,control strategy,conflict elimination strategy,and finally draws the emergency reasoning process of water pollution emergencies in the water source area.In the end,the general situation and current situation of A water source are analyzed,and the overall design of emergency decision support system for water pollution emergencies in water source is made.According to the current situation of A Reservoir,this paper carries out feasibility analysis,necessity analysis,system functional design,database design and system interface design,etc.
