The emergency plan of coal mine occupies a vital position in the emergency rescue of coal mine,but now many coal mine emergency plans are saved in paper type or electronic document type emergency plan.These contingency plans can not be generated in real time according to the actual situation,and the management formula is also backward,reading and using these plans isn't convrnient.It also can not integrate a variety of resources efficiently.In view of the above problems,the principle and algorithm of intelligent generation of emergency contingency plan for coal mine accidents are studied,and an intelligent generation system for emergency preparedness of sudden disasters in coal mines is designed and realized,which can help the coal mine rescuers to make emergency response quickly,try to reduce the casualties and losses in the accident,and it also can use existing resources to enhance emergency rescue capability of accidents,besides,it can improve emergency management level and emergency rescue system for coal mine accidents.In order to solve the problems which existing in the traditional plan,the following work is done.(1)The paper has collected a large number of cases of coal mine historical accidents and contingency plans,besides,the paper pretreated these data.According to various specifications,regulations and standards of coal mine safety production,the framework representation method was used to structurate these knowledge,and the knowledge base of the emergency plan and historical accidents for coal mine were constructed.Finally,the knowledge base is used to analyze and process these data.(2)Basing on Case Base Reasonning,a case knowledge base reasoning mechanism is established to extract the traditional paper pre plan or electronic document preplan,to extract the characteristic attributes of the accident case,and to use the three level case retrieval method to set the attribute weight by the analytic hierarchy process in a certain type of disaster accident.The nearest neighbor algorithm is used to calculate the matching degree between cases,which makes the accuracy and efficiency of coal mine accident case matching better.(3)After the case of coal mine accidents based on case retrieval is reused or amended,a scientific and reasonable contingency plan can be generated in real time intelligently by combining the original emergency plan of the coal mine.Finally,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to set the weight of the feature items to evaluate the coal mine emergency plan,so as to ensure the practicability and reliability of the emergency plan.In general,basing on the CBR system,the case based reasoning mechanism can well sum up the historical accident handling methods and lessons,it can match the corresponding emergency plans and solutions quickly,finally,it enhance the potential and interactivity of the coal mine emergency plan data and ensure the intelligent generation of the coal mine emergency plan and ensure the ability of the coal mine emergency plan.It is scientific and quick to provide commanding and reference for emergency rescue in coal mines.
