The design of car body panels is a very critical link in the design and processing of the whole vehicle.At present,most of the design methods of stamping process parameters of car body panels use numerical optimization methods.This method is easy to fall into local optimal solutions when solving process parameters.Unable to get the ideal processing parameters.In response to this situation,this paper designs and develops an expert system for designing process parameters of car body panels based on B/S architecture and case-based reasoning.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Determine the use of ternary vector groups to organize and express the stamping cases of car body panels,and introduce the concept of attribute quantification,and quantify the attributes in the ternary vector group.According to the principal component analysis method,the weight of the feature attributes in the ternary vector group is calculated.The KD Tree is used to improve the shortcomings of the KNN algorithm that needs to traverse all cases when calculating the similarity.The 10-fold cross-validation is used instead of experience to select the appropriate k value.Researched and summarized a set of general case modification and reuse process,and added self-learning function and system maintenance function to the expert system of car body panel stamping forming process parameter design.(2)The design and development of the system knowledge base have been completed through the research on the stamping characteristics of body panels and the representation method of case organization.The research has obtained the data dictionary,data flow diagram and function analysis results of the entire system.It is clear that the system uses B/S architecture,Python,HTML,CSS and Java Script to complete the front-end and back-end development,and My SQL is selected as the underlying database of the system.According to the method of database conceptual design,the E-R model and the bottom-up design method are used to obtain the conceptual model of the knowledge base,and then the E-R model is converted into a relational model according to the mapping relationship between the conceptual model and the logical model and the conversion rules.Established a knowledge base index mechanism with clustered index as the main and hash index as a supplement,and did a detailed study on the deployment process of the knowledge base.(3)Completed the design and development of the expert system for stamping and forming process parameters of body panels.The developed system includes six functional modules: user management,case-based reasoning,background management,data display,database design,and security management.Moreover,the system adopts a parallel development method that separates front and back ends to complete functional development and database development,thus building The human-computer interaction framework of the car body panel stamping expert system.(4)Use this system to solve the car fender design case and verify the validity of the solution set.Through the solution of the car fender design case,the KD tree construction,KD tree search,case modification and reuse,and the entire process of case study are shown in detail.The solution element set obtained is substituted into Dynaform for finite element simulation,and Verify the FLD diagram after simulation to prove the validity of the solution set.
