| The petrochemical industry is a strategic pillar industry of the state.The production site has a very high requirement for safety,so the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the production equipment are very important.In recent years,manufacturers have put forward the requirements of the whole life cycle management and pre-maintenance of equipment.Therefore,the design and deployment of a complete,including hardware and software monitoring and management system is the urgent requirements of manufacturers.This paper starts with detailed analysis of customer needs,carries on the overall design to the system,and then gradually realizes.At the same time,some key prediction or diagnosis algorithms are found and improved through the cumulative analysis of the collected data.By using this system,the scientific fault analysis of the oil transmission pump set is realized,the maintenance cost of the oil transmission pump set is reduced,and the long-term stable and safe operation of the oil transmission pump set is guaranteed.The main work contents are as follows:1.The composition and working principle of the oil pump are analyzed.According to the equipment structure and operation condition of the oil pump,the types of operation fault signals of the oil pump are analyzed.According to the actual demand and the field environment,the hardware structure of the fault diagnosis system is designed,including the selection of sensors and the design of hardware function modules.2.At the same time of overall research and design of the lower computer software system,the corresponding fault state and fault frequency domain characteristics are analyzed,and the detection and diagnosis algorithm of the system is determined.In this paper,a data compression method based on DCT is adopted.By comparing FFT and DCT,the vibration signals of the same chemical pump are studied and analyzed by using spectrum analysis.The results show that DCT transform can compress the data better.In addition,a software integration method under the condition of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is proposed to realize the filtering of vibration signals by constructing a filter through software integration and window.3.Based on LabVIEW software platform,real-time monitoring,alarm,status monitoring,data storage,fault diagnosis and other planning are carried out on the system through this platform.The test results show that the system can monitor the fault signal of chemical pump and display it in real time in the software interface. |
