Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Hazardous Waste Management In Binhai New Area,Tianjin

At present,the status of China’s environmental protection cause is improving day by day,but it also brings more challenges.In recent years,China’s hazardous waste production has been at a high level,and hazardous waste pollution events occur frequently,which not only brings more pressure to environmental improvement,but also poses severe challenges to people’s living environment and physical health.The emergence of these problems has aroused great attention from the central government and the government.In this context,based on the practice of hazardous waste management in Binhai New Area,this thesis finds out the problems through empirical analysis,and discusses the thoughts and countermeasures of hazardous waste management in Binhai New Area,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.Tianjin Binhai New Area is one of the important industrial bases in the North of China.Although the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and adjusted in recent years,the secondary industry is still the leading industry in this area,and the amount of hazardous waste generated each year also increases with the growth of industrial development scale.Firstly,this study combs the relevant literature of hazardous waste management,and summarizes the three subjects that are generally applicable in the research abroad and abroad,namely,hazardous waste generation enterprises,enterprise employees,and government departments.Then,some employees of key source enterprises of hazardous waste in Binhai New Area were interviewed in an open way to understand the current situation of hazardous waste management.On this basis,a questionnaire suitable for hazardous waste managers of key source enterprises in Binhai New Area has been developed through preliminary and retest.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Through the results of the questionnaire survey,the management of hazardous waste of the respondents and their units was understood.It was found that the management system of hazardous waste in Binhai New Area was imperfect,and the level of self recycling disposal and utilization of hazardous waste was low.These problems seriously restrict the development of hazardous waste management in Binhai New Area.In order to solve these problems,based on the theory and data analysis,combined with the author’s work experience,this paper proposes to improve the level of hazardous waste management in many aspects,such as improving the management system of hazardous waste,improving the capacity of hazardous waste utilization and disposal,and speeding up the informatization construction of hazardous waste management.We hope to do a little for the development of hazardous waste management.
