Study On The Operation Of Domestic Waste Classification And Recycling In Lvyuan Company From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

With the rapid development of social economy in China,the amount of municipal solid waste is increasing year by year.At present,most cities in our country are facing the problem of "garbage siege" to varying degrees.In more than 600 large and medium-sized cities in China,2 / 3 of them are surrounded by garbage,and 1 / 4 of them have no suitable place to stack garbage.We are suffering from the pain of "garbage siege",resulting in the environmental crisis gradually prominent.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the classified recycling and treatment of urban domestic waste in an all-round way,and the market prospect of garbage classified recycling is broad.China’s domestic waste classification has experienced the beginning stage(1990s),pilot exploration(2000-2015),and is currently in the third stage of rapid development(2016 to now).At present,there are two main operation modes of domestic waste classification and recycling: direct government purchase and PPP mode.PPP mode is a new operation mode that gradually turns to marketization in the field of waste classification and recycling in China since 2016.It is a development mode of cooperation between government departments and social enterprises on domestic waste classification and collection services and classification facilities construction.The government cooperates with enterprises to effectively hand over the classification and treatment of urban domestic waste to enterprises.In this paper,from the perspective of stakeholders,Tangshan Luyuan Company’s domestic waste separation,classification and processing business under the PPP model is the research object,and adopts “data collection – data analysis – asking questions –analyzing problems – solving problems”.The idea,through the investigation method,data analysis method,literature research method and other research methods,describes the business profile of Tangshan Lvyuan Company,investigates and analyzes the classification willingness and classification behavior of the residents in the classified pilot community of Lvyuan Company;based on the theoretical analysis of stakeholders The relationship between Lvyuan Company and the government,the community,the cleaning company,and the residents,from the internal and internal stakeholders to analyze the causes of the problems,put forward the relevant strategies for the development of domestic waste separation and recycling business operations within and outside the enterprise,research on Lvyuan Company Participating in the classification and recycling of domestic waste in PPP mode has certain theoretical support and decision-making reference value.
