Study On The Safety Awareness Evaluation Of Road Transport Drivers Of Dangerous Goods

The rapid development of economy makes people’s life is closely combined with the road transport industry,the development of the production activities also prompted the development of road transport of dangerous goods and road transport brings convenience for the people at the same time,there are frequent traffic accidents,accident consequences associated with dangerous goods transport and impact are more serious than other vehicles,far-reaching.At present,the analysis of accident causes shows that human factors are the most important and the most difficult to control reasons for frequent accidents.Therefore,this paper will carry out a study on the safety awareness of dangerous goods road transportation drivers,analyze the impact of safety awareness system and various structures,and get countermeasures to improve safety awareness and reduce traffic safety accidents caused by human factors.In order to evaluate the safety awareness of drivers in the road transport industry of dangerous goods,first of all,based on the meaning of awareness and safety awareness,combined with the current situation of the road transport industry of dangerous goods,this paper puts forward the meaning of the safety awareness of drivers in the industry,and establishes a safety awareness system;Secondly,by creating a questionnaire for the safety awareness of drivers in China’s dangerous goods road transport industry,this paper understood the current situation of safety awareness of drivers in this industry.Factor analysis method was used to calculate the index weight of each dimension and item to evaluate the safety awareness of samples.Finally,statistical methods such as descriptive and correlation are used to analyze the calculation results of each sample to improve the safety awareness of drivers in the dangerous goods transportation industry.According to the calculation and analysis results of all the samples’ safety awareness and scores of each dimension,the average ranking of the research objects in the five dimensions is as follows: crisis response > safety knowledge > external environment > psychological state >safety attitude.It can be seen that the research objects are more likely to acquire knowledge and experience through practice;Among the background variables,age,driving age and enterprise scale are all positively correlated with safety awareness,while smoking habit has no significant correlation with overall safety awareness of drivers.However,the background variables have different degrees of correlation with the indicators in each dimension,which can provide a reference for the improvement of safety awareness.Through the above research process and analysis results,we can get the general preference for the level of safety awareness of drivers in this test.However,there are still a few drivers with low level of safety awareness and great difference in scores of various dimensions of safety awareness.Based on this,the training and education mode from practice can be carried out for drivers.Strengthen daily knowledge review;Enhance employee welfare and promote corporate communication;Training on the use of driving simulators;Choose the cautious character through the examination of these five aspects to enhance their safety awareness.
