Research On Safety Evaluation Indicators Of Road Transport Of Dangerous Goods

There is deep era background in which the safety problem of road transportation of dangerous goods is brought up. With the improvement of national economy and living standards of the people, the demand for transportation of dangerous goods is greater and greater, the traffic volume of the road dangerous goods is rising constantly. The accidents of the road transportation of dangerous goods happen frequently, the extent of injury that the accident causes is more and more serious, the accidents destroy and pollute the ecology, environment seriously, threaten people's lives and properties seriously, cause the serious economic losses and bad social influence. This research is to set up the indicator system of safety evaluation of road transportation of dangerous goods, and put forward the countermeasure of our country's road transportation of dangerous goods pointedly, offer real guidance for carrying on road transportation of dangerous goods, reduce the emergence of traffic accident of road transportation of dangerous goods.The paper includes four parts mainly: (1) The surveys of relevant background materials and research. Having summarized current situation of case study briefly that relevant regulation and the measure taken by the United Nations and the governments of various countries and domestic and international safety of road transportation of dangerous goods, and have introduced definition, characteristic, classification, all kinds administrative skill regulation, transport safety requisition, transport accident type of the dangerous goods. (2) Theory and method of safety evaluation. Having introduced the theory of safe and scientific principle, and method of safety evaluation briefly: Probability appraisal of risk evaluation method, gray systematic safety evaluation method, neural network evaluation method, fuzzy integration evaluation method and auxiliary computer evaluation method; (3) Setting up the safety indicator evaluation system of road transport of dangerous goods. According to relevant principle, policy and current situation, having applied the safety system engineering theory, adopt indicator commonly used in analytic approach, comprehensive approach, compound approach, etc. and having simplified the evaluation indicator system according to the needs of reality, having set up the safety evaluation indicator system of road transport of dangerous goods; (4) Putting forward the countermeasure. According to the safety evaluation indicator system, having found the extant questions of some evaluation indicator, having consulting the foreign advanced experience of management and method, having propositioned pointedly the countermeasure of development of our country's transport road of dangerous goods.The innovation of this paper is clicked: (1) On the basis of analyzing about the domestic and international safety action of transport road of dangerous goods and existing research results, combined the real state of our country, having set up the safety evaluation indicator system of transport road of dangerous goods; (2) According to extant questions in safety evaluation indicator system, having put forward the countermeasure.
