| In recent years,the process of my country’s medical reform has been continuously advancing,and the supervision of the hospital industry by the relevant state departments has gradually increased.Especially for pharmaceutical sales and pharmaceutical and chemical production companies,the introduction of relevant policies has brought new opportunities for companies,and accompanied by new challenges.Pharmaceutical and chemical companies must improve their core competitiveness if they want to survive the severe market test.The performance appraisal is an important means of enterprise management,and whether its operation is effective directly affects the overall strength of the enterprise.How to establish a perfect performance appraisal system is one of the common problems faced by pharmaceutical and chemical companies.Based on this,this article takes Shandong G Pharmaceutical Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example to study its performance appraisal system.This article starts with the definition of related theories and core concepts,and analyzes the basic situation and performance appraisal status of Shandong G Pharmaceutical Chemical Co.,Ltd.Combined with visits and investigations,to understand the relevant information of Shandong G Pharmaceutical Chemical Co.,Ltd.’s performance appraisal,and comprehensively sort out the existing evaluation system of Shandong G Pharmaceutical Chemical Co.,Ltd.to conduct research and analysis.From the status quo,it is found that there are many problems in the current performance appraisal system of the company,mainly including performance appraisal deviating from strategic goals,unreasonable design of appraisal indicators,lack of performance appraisal appeal and feedback mechanism,and limited application scope of performance appraisal results.And analyzed the causes of these problems.On the basis of clarifying the optimization objectives and principles of the performance appraisal system,this paper adopts a flat optimization design idea,and when designing appraisal indicators at different levels,it closely focuses on the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal operations,and learning and development.According to the company’s characteristics and needs,the scope of the evaluation objectives was formulated,and the management system in the evaluation system was improved.The indicators were optimized from the company level to the department level and the personnel level.Only the first-level indicators were designed,and in order to facilitate the company’s business In management,the total score system is directly adopted for the first-level indicators.This is an innovation of research and practice,which is convenient for the company to evaluate performance and reflects the principle and processing method of simplification of complex matters.The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant solutions for the possible problems in the performance appraisal of Shandong G Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co.,Ltd.and other industries and pharmaceutical and chemical companies,and serve as a reference. |
