Study On The Influence Factors Of Unsafe Behavior Intention Of Construction Workers Based On Extended Theory Of Planning Behavior

There are many unsafe behaviors in the construction site,how to avoid unsafe behaviors rationally and effectively is the difficulty and key point of construction project safety management.If the unsafe behavior of construction workers can be reduced to a reasonable level,it is very important to reduce unsafe behavior,but from the current research situation,the study of unsafe behavior of construction workers is still not in place.Taking the construction workers as the research object,taking the theory of extended planning behavior as the theoretical framework,this paper analyzes the meaning and influencing factors of unsafe behavior intention,and establishes the relationship model of unsafe behavior intention based on the theory of extended planning behavior,in order to expound the present situation of unsafe behavior intention of construction workers in China,In the end,it is helpful to develop an effective control system of unsafe behavior and to design the education and training system of reducing unsafe behavior intention scientifically.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of unsafe behavior intention of construction workers,and expands and perfects the theory of planning behavior through literature analysis and the actual situation of construction workers,and establishes behavioral attitude,prescriptive norm,exemplary norm,perceptual behavior control,past behavior,Risk perception and emotion management are seven factors that affect the unsafe behavior of construction workers.On the basis of this,the paper designs a measure scale of unsafe behavior of construction workers in accordance with the construction industry in China,and collects 336 questionnaires in Shenzhen and Huizhou.Based on the collected sample data,using SPSS22.0 software,project analysis and other methods to refine and streamline the measurement items,and further analysis of the reliability,validity and confirmatory factor of the measuring scale,the final measuring scale of unsafe behavior intention of construction workers was obtained.Secondly,the structural equation model of the influence factors of unsafe behavior intention of construction workers is established,and the path analysis and effect analysis are carried out by using AMOS22.0 software to verify the structural equation model.Based on the objective factors of demography,a single factor variance analysis method was used to analyze the intention of unsafe behavior.The conclusions obtained include:(1)Behavioral attitude,demonstrative norm,perceptual behavior control and emotion management have direct influence on unsafe behavior intention;(2)Prescriptive norms and exemplary norms can be used in emotional management,furthermore,the indirect effect on the intention of unsafe behavior,risk perception can indirectly influence the intention of unsafe behavior by acting on the behavior,and the past behavior can be controlled not only by behavioral attitude but also by perceptual behavior,Thus indirectly affects the unsafe behavior intention;(3)From the positive and negative value of the effect,risk perception has negative effect on the intention of unsafe behavior,and the remaining six factors have positive effects on the intention of unsafe behavior;(4)In terms of the degree of influence,behavioral attitude has the greatest influence on the intention of unsafe behavior,"risk perception--->Behavioral attitude--->unsafe behavior intention" is the most critical path to the formation of unsafe behavioral intention of construction workers,"past behavior--->Perceptual behavior control--->unsafe behavior intention" is second only to the critical path,the important path which cannot be neglected;(5)Only the construction workers with different seniority,different types of work,different working hours and different safety accidents will show significant difference in the intention of unsafe behavior.
