Cement is one of the three major building materials.It is inseparable from the massive use of cement in urban development,national defense consolidation,and largescale civil engineering projects.Manually completing the loading of bagged cement is extremely labor-intensive.At present,cement loaders are not only low in automation,but also have low versatility for different width models.In response to the above problems,a set of bagged cement loader with adjustable fork width was developed to realize unmanned loading of different models and meet the needs of enterprises.According to the actual working environment and loading requirements of the bagged cement,the overall design plan of the bagged cement loader was drawn up.The design realizes the high-precision repeated positioning of the loader’s reciprocating motion.Based on ANSYS Workbench software,the finite element statics analysis of the fork,beam and L bearing plate of the bagged cement loader has verified the structural strength.In order to ensure the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism,the critical support,beam,and sliding frame of the bagged cement loader were modal analysis,and the first six modes and natural frequencies of the three structural parts were obtained.By using ADAMS simulation software to analyze the kinematics of the variable pitch mechanism of the cement loader,the displacement and velocity motion laws of the center of mass of the fork and each long pitch variable rod are obtained.The transient dynamics analysis of the support beam shows that the working process of the bagged cement loader is smooth and has excellent dynamic characteristics.By optimizing the topology of the main baffle and auxiliary baffle of the bagged cement loader,the goal of lightweight design is achieved.Parameterized and optimized design of the connecting piece,in the case of meeting the structural strength requirements,the total mass of the connecting piece is reduced by 52.81 kg.The research shows that the designed and developed bagged cement loader has good statics and dynamics characteristics,adapts to the conditions of the production line,and provides a reference for the research of other related industrial loaders.Figure 64;Table 15;Reference 57...
