As people continue to pay attention to the concept of health,a large number of disposable medical appliances are used in modern medical work,and then a large amount of medical waste is generated,which has caused pollution to the living environment.At present,my country’s annual medical waste has exceeded 2 million tons,and the medical waste treatment industry is always in a state of load.Whether it is daily medical waste treatment or during a special epidemic,there are many problems in my country’s medical waste treatment.Under the concept of promoting green development,scientific and reasonable treatment of medical waste has become an inevitable trend of social development.At present,the mode of medical waste treatment in my country is mainly concentrated treatment after recycling,and there are few related studies on the source treatment mode.This article takes the treatment of medical waste as a starting point to sort out and analyze the classification and treatment modes of medical waste.At the same time,the three theoretical methods of quality function deployment(QFD),invention problem solving theory(TRIZ),and axiomatic design(AD)are studied,based on the theoretical advantages,theoretical differences,theoretical defects and theoretical characteristics of the three theoretical methods.,Proposed an integrated innovative design model based on QFD/TRIZ/AD,and under the guidance of the integrated innovative design model,conducted design research on medical waste smart devices that adopted the source treatment model.Obtain user needs through research on users,materials,and related products,establish a quality house of medical waste smart equipment,and sort out four pairs of conflicts according to the relationship matrix between user needs and design elements,and use 39 engineering parameters in TRIZ theory.Forty invention theories and two tool theories to design medical waste smart devices.Finally,the independent axioms in AD axiomatic design are used to independently map the functional requirements and design parameters of the preliminary design plan to determine whether it meets the independence requirements.If the independence is satisfied,the medical waste smart equipment program is established.If not,TRIZ is used.Thirty-nine engineering parameters and 40 invention theories are decoupled.The combination of the three theoretical methods effectively solves the problem that QFD and AD cannot propose specific solutions and TRIZ cannot explain the source and relevance of the problem.The development of society pays more and more attention to environmental protection,and medical waste has become a hot spot of social concern due to its own special hazards.This article applies the integrated innovative design model based on QFD/TRIZ/AD to the research of medical waste smart equipment,verifies the feasibility of the integrated innovative design model,and provides new development models and ideas for medical waste treatment.
