The article focuses on autistic children aged 3-6 years old.Through the analysis of intervention training products in the existing market,the user’s demand for autistic children’s furniture is found,and an integrated design and implementation process based on QFD-TRIZ is proposed to solve the needs of users.The design of three kinds of autistic children’s furniture was carried out using this process,so that children’s furniture not only has basic functions,but also meets the usual intervention training of autistic children.This paper takes the furniture of autistic children as the design starting point,investigates the user’s demand for the product,and summarizes the behavioral characteristics and intervention training methods of autistic children according to the research.According to the intervention training methods,the functions,product safety and existing problems of the intervention training products on the market were analyzed.Through questionnaire survey and field interviews,the collected requirements were collected into 50 basic requirements,the KJ method was used to classify and sort out the 50 basic requirements into 5 first-level requirements,and then the AHP analytic hierarchy method was used to analyze the importance of each user needs and rank them.Translate user needs into corresponding furniture design elements for autistic children.The basic process of autistic children’s furniture using QFD and TRIZ is constructed,and the necessity of using these two integrated design methods is demonstrated.The above analyzed user needs and comprehensive weight values are imported into the QFD quality house,and the user needs are converted into corresponding furniture design elements for autistic children.The relationship matrix between user requirements and design elements is constructed,and finally 15 user requirements are transformed into 12 design elements,which realizes the mapping relationship between user requirements and design elements.Eight pairs of contradictions are derived from the constructed quality house,and the existing contradictions are resolved in subsequent schemes.The above contradictions between autistic children’s furniture design and the contradictions between different children’s furniture are analyzed,and the contradictions between both are summarized.Using the constructed design process,8 pairs of contradictions were solved and 3 kinds of furniture suitable for autistic children were designed,and the research results were applied to design practice.So that children’s furniture not only has the basic use function,but also has the intervention training function,but also builds a variety of intervention training scenes.
