In this paper,a grape polyphenol hydrogel is designed to utilize the antioxidant and whitening effects of grape polyphenols combined with the excellent water absorption,stability,and biocompatibility of the hydrogel to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new cosmetic raw materials.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The flash extraction method was used to extract grape seed polyphenols.After single factor experiment and response surface optimization,the best extraction process of grape seed polyphenols was obtained: extraction voltage 164 v,ethanol concentration 46%,material-to-liquid ratio 40 m L/g,The extraction time is 30 s,and the extraction is once.Under these conditions,the total polyphenol content of the extract is 72.2mg GAE/g dw,and the DPPH radical scavenging capacity is 274.65 mg VCE/100 g dw.(2)The intermediate product polysuccinimide(PSI)of polyaspartic acid(PASP)was synthesized by solid-phase acid catalysis.By controlling the polymerization temperature,time and catalyst concentration,PSI with different molecular masses was prepared,among which the highest molecular weight The quality synthesis process is: the polymerization temperature is 200°C,the polymerization time is 5h,and the amount of catalyst is 50%.Under these conditions,the viscosity average molecular weight of PSI is 19.8W.(3)Using acrylic acid(PAA)as the monomer,N,N’-methylenebisacrylamide and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE)as the crosslinking agent,and ammonium persulfate as the initiator,half For interpenetrating PAA/PASP hydrogels and pure PASP hydrogels,single-factor-orthogonal experiments are used to determine the best synthesis process for semi-interpenetrating PAA/PASP hydrogels.The results show that the interpenetrating PASP hydrogels are more pure PASP hydrogel has high swelling rate and better stability in artificial sweat.(4)The grape seed polyphenols were modified on the semi-interpenetrating PAA/PASP hydrogel to form an antioxidant hydrogel with a drug loading rate of 64.8%,and a sustained release balance was achieved within 5 hours.The moisturizing emulsion prepared from grape polyphenol hydrogel has good ductility and moisturizing properties.
