This paper fermented grape seed as the main raw material, designed the route of development and study about the type of O/W cream cosmetics of grape seed oil:grape pomaceâ†'extraction of grape seed oilâ†'refining of grape seed oilâ†'detection of physical and chemical indicators about grape seed oilâ†'five kinds of formulas and processes about O/W cream cosmetics of grape seed oilâ†'quality control. This paper is divided into four parts:1. In this part, the composition function of grape seed oil, the extraction, refining and application, the related theory of cosmetics were introduced.2.In order to screen the appropriate method for the extraction of high-quality grape seed oil, Soxhlet extraction, reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction were compared for their effectiveness in extracting oil from grape seeds remaining after wine fermentation. Microwave extraction was found to provide the highest oil yield, and the optimization of conditions for the extraction of grape seed oil by the method was performed using orthogonal array design. The optimal microwave extraction conditions were found to be:material/liquid ratio,1:15; extraction time,10min; temperature,70℃; and microwave power,700W, and the optimal refining conditions for crude oil were NaOH concentration4.13mol/L, excess alkali quantity0.5%, and initial temperature50℃. The physicochemical properties of the resulting refined oil were in line with the requirements of the national standard GB/T1684-2006.3. This part fermented grape seed oil as raw material, according to the principle of emulsification, emulsion technology and a large number of single factor experiment to choose other components and its most appropriate amount, and after a series of orthogonal experiment to optimize five kinds of formulas and processes about O/W cream cosmetics of grape seed oil. To make the best formula and the optimum technological conditions of cream fit the light industry standard QB/T1857-2004moisturizer cream cosmetics quality requirements,thispaper formulated comprehensive performance evaluation method.4. In order to make the light industry standard QB/T1857-2004moisturizer cream cosmetics quality requirements, microbiological index of five kinds of formulas and processes about O/W cream cosmetics of grape seed oil were detected throught the method of national standard.The aim to provide a scientific, objective and rational understanding and the evaluation for development and study on type of O/W cream cosmetics with grape seed oil.
