With the development of the economy,the pace of life has become faster,making people choose to eat out as the first choice for saving time and effort,which also drives the prosperity of the catering industry.The catering industry makes citizens’ lives more convenient and meets citizens’ demand for food.However,some environmental problems have emerged,such as noise,oil fume,and sewage,which are not conducive to environmental protection.Among them,oil fume pollution is the key and difficult problem of urban environmental protection.Because oil fume pollutes the air the citizens breathe and the pollutants emitted float in the atmosphere,it increases the difficulty of treatment,and is easy to recur,which is not good for people’s health.It is a fine city.Towing oil bottle of chemical management.Oil fume pollution is a common complaint from citizens.At present,it is necessary to pay more attention to the problem of oil fume pollution in the catering industry.The government and society must take effective measures to solve this problem,maintain a good ecological environment,and improve the livability of cities.Chinese and Western catering preferences and cooking methods are different.The fume pollution of catering and cooking in Western countries is not serious,and the scale of catering is generally small.Coupled with the comprehensive protection of environmental protection technical facilities and implementation plans,the fume pollution of Chinese catering is more prominent.Fume pollution from catering in cities in my country has become the main content of complaints,which has attracted increasing attention from the government and citizens.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,various cities and regions have begun to actively carry out the prevention and treatment of oil fume pollution,and the problem of oil fume pollution has been alleviated.However,analyzing the governance model of urban catering oil fume pollution,it is found that the various stakeholders have not yet been coordinated and interacted.The main manifestation is the unilateral governance of the government.At present,each body needs to play a synergistic effect.At present,the level of social governance technology is improved,but only through the government to control the problem of urban catering oil fume pollution,the governance effect is relatively poor,and it is necessary to actively explore effective governance models with the participation of multiple subjects.This paper takes Longwan District as the research area,analyzes the status quo of oil fume pollution treatment in the local catering industry,summarizes and analyzes the problems and causes,and then combines the externality theory and the collaborative governance theory,and analyzes the urban catering industry based on the collaborative governance model of multiple entities.An effective way to control oil fume pollution.Divide the diversified subjects into the three aspects of government,market,and society.At the same time,the rights and responsibilities of different subjects are clearly divided,so as to ensure the high efficiency of catering oil fume pollution supervision,ensure the soundness of the management system and the legal system for prevention and treatment,and strengthen The management efficiency of each subject provides a guarantee for the control of oil fume pollution in the catering industry through a collaborative governance model,and an in-depth discussion on how multiple subjects can participate in the control of oil fume pollution in the catering industry.The oil fume pollution control of the catering industry in the second and third tier cities provides some reference.
