Reserch On The Policy Implementation Of Rural Domestic Waste Treatment In Luojiang District Of Quanzhou City

With the rapid development of national economy,the rural economy has been flourishing.While farmers live a rich life at the same time,put forward higher requirements for living environment.The problem of rural domestic waste has been put in front of people.Compared with the urban areas,the supporting facilities and related construction in rural areas are mostly simple and basic.In order to realize the strategy of rural revitalization,local governments should introduce relevant policies and measures for rural domestic waste treatment according to local conditions,widely implement waste classification,and comprehensively carry out the work of rural domestic waste treatment.Based on Smith Model,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of rural domestic waste treatment in Luojiang District,Quanzhou City,in order to explore the Countermeasures of rural domestic waste treatment.At present,there are some problems in the relevant policies of rural domestic waste management in Luojiang,such as unscientific waste policy planning,imperfect supporting facilities,various deficiencies in mechanisms and systems,and single governance subject,etc.The main reasons include lack of relevant legal systems,the lack of administrative attention to rural domestic waste management,insufficient capital investment,and the need to raise farmers’ awareness of environmental protection.Additionally,through the analysis of other rural domestic waste management modes,the effective solutions to the implementation of rural domestic waste management policies are discussed by combining the excellent and typical practical experience in China with the actual situation in Luojiang,which contributes to the objective of rural civilization,clean and tidy villages along with livable and sustainable development.
