Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Waste Classification Management In Taishun County

"Rural Revitalization" is the top-level design of the state for the "three rural" issues.It puts forward specific requirements from five aspects of ecology,industry,governance,rural ethos and life.However,at this stage,there is still a serious phenomenon of littering in rural areas,which greatly affects the living environment of farmers.How to establish a relatively sound rural garbage classification management system and fundamentally deal with the "garbage" phenomenon in rural areas has become an urgent problem.In this study,Taishun County is selected as the specific analysis object,and the current garbage classification management situation is comprehensively analyzed,and targeted improvement methods are proposed.For the problems existing in the treatment of rural garbage in Taishun County,various methods such as literature research,field investigation and theoretical analysis are adopted to analyze the relevant problems comprehensively,and the difficulties faced in the aspects of capital,law,policy and management mode are analyzed in depth.On this premise,the innovative proposal can effectively help Thailand Measures to get rid of the current predicament in Shunxian county.Rural waste classification is a systematic project.At present,there are some problems in rural garbage classification in Taishun County,such as imperfect laws and regulations,imperfect garbage classification management mechanism,government’s lack of enthusiasm for garbage classification management,lack of long-term working mechanism of relevant policies,lack of effective supervision and management,lack of funds,indifference of market,government’s failure to bring marketization into the core work,and villagers’ participation is not enough In order to promote the development of rural domestic waste classification work in Taishun County as soon as possible,this study starts from the perspective of system arrangement and innovation,and actively changes the current garbage classification management system in rural areas.Through the establishment and improvement of the legal system of garbage classification,the construction of a market-oriented garbage classification and treatment mechanism,the continuous expansion of financing channels and further improvement of the supervision and service evaluation mechanism,etc.,a high-quality rural domestic waste classification management system is established.This paper is divided into six chapters to discuss the problems and Countermeasures of rural domestic waste classification management in Taishun County.The first chapter is the introduction.At the beginning of the paper,the research significance,background,content,ideas,methods,as well as domestic and foreign academic research status are introduced in detail.In the second chapter,the basic concepts of garbage management,such as waste management theory,classification theory and so on are elaborated.The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo of rural domestic waste classification management in Taishun County,mainly from the practice,experience,effectiveness and other aspects of research and analysis.The fourth chapter is the analysis of rural domestic waste classification management problems in Taishun County,mainly from the imperfect laws and regulations,garbage classification management mechanism is not perfect,lack of funds,the government does not bring marketization into the core work.The fifth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of rural domestic waste classification management in Taishun County,mainly from perfecting and implementing the relevant laws and regulations of rural waste treatment,establishing a complete legal and regulatory system,reforming the management mechanism,clarifying government functions,raising funds through multiple channels,and promoting the marketization of rural garbage treatment.The sixth chapter summarizes and prospects the full text.
