Our country’s environmental protection requirements become more stringent.The original sewage treatment plant discharge standards cannot meet the water quality requirements,and sewage plants are facing new missions such as improving processing quality and efficiency.This thesis takes a sewage treatment plant project in Xuzhou as the research object,through the operation of the second-stage process,studies the feasibility of increasing the indicators from 1A to IV standard.The plant mainly treats urban domestic sewage.The first-stage process adopts the traditional AAO process,and the second-stage process of the expansion project adopts the UCT process,optimize the deep treatment stage to improve the effectiveness of pollutant removal.Since the second-stage was put into operation,all indicators have met the 1A standard,and the operation has been stable.Through analyzing the past data,the system has a good effect on the removal of COD,BOD,NH3-N.TP,TN,SS need to be improved.Therefore,the research focus is on nitrogen and phosphorus removal,and suspended solids removal.By analyzing the influencing factors in the pollutant removal process,determining the key factors.Through experiments and other methods,clarify the relationship between pollutants and operating parameters,provide a more accurate basis for parameter control,and strengthen pollutant removal.Through the optimization of the second-stage process,reasonable control of the operating conditions of the biochemical treatment and deep treatment stages,and good results have been achieved.COD is 20mg/L,removal rate is 74.9%;BOD is 2.3mg/L,removal rate is 91.8%;SS is 3mg/L,removal rate is 96.4%;TP is 0.214 mg/L,removal rate is 90.7%;TN is 7.8 mg/L,removal rate is 74.2%;NH3-N is 0.264 mg/L,removal rate is 99.1%;All indicators have reached the requirements of the IV standard.,pollutants have been effectively reduced.The second-stage process can effectively control pollutant indicators.The effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is better in biochemical treatment stage,deep treatment stage can strengthen the removal,which can further reduce the water pollution from the sewage treatment plant to the surrounding water bodies,and improve the environmental protection effect.The research theory and method of the subject can provide certain reference value for the operation,transformation and technological popularization of urban sewage plants.
