| The construction of "beautiful countryside" is an important task of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and also an inevitable requirement of the development of the times.The management of rural ecological environment is one of the core links in the construction of beautiful countryside in China.With the development of new town construction,the rural ecological environment management is facing many problems.In particular,at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee clearly put forward the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.By 2050,it is necessary to achieve the overall revitalization of the countryside and the goal of building a beautiful countryside.Under the background of national efforts to build "beautiful countryside",niuzaping village,Dianjun District,Yichang City fully mobilizes resources and strength,continuously deepens the construction of ecological environment,establishes a friendly rural ecological environment,and adds luster and color to the life of villagers.Yichang city is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt.It is the famous Three Gorges Project and the world famous hydropower tourism city.As an important part of Yichang City,Dianjun district is a representative area for the construction of ecological new town and a place full of vitality for economic and social development.The original villages within their jurisdiction have carried out the construction of beautiful villages and achieved remarkable results.This paper takes niuzaping village,Dianjun District,Yichang City as the research object.Starting from the specific situation of niuzaping village’s ecological environment governance,it discusses the problems in the governance process in detail,including the general problems in the rural ecological environment governance,such as insufficient understanding,mechanism omission,single subject and insufficient investment,and explores the root causes of the problems.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the comprehensive quality of villagers’ ecological civilization from the consciousness level,improving the guarantee mechanism of local ecological environment governance,realizing the diversification of governance subjects,and increasing the overall investment of ecological environment,to provide theoretical guidance and support for the construction of beautiful villages. |
