Agricultural non-point source pollution not only causes deterioration of water bodies,but also poses a threat to food security and has a certain impact on people’s quality of life and physical health.In order to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture and people’s quality of life,agricultural non-point source pollution control is extremely urgent.Agricultural wastes generated in the agricultural production process with farmers as the main production body enter the water body through rainfall and runoff,causing nitrogen and phosphorus eutrophication in rivers and lakes.It can be seen that agricultural non-point source pollution is closely related to agricultural production activities.This study takes Mingguang district of Anhui Province as an example,through the form of questionnaire survey,conducts on-the-spot investigation on 12 villages in Mingguang city Guandian Town(Xiaowei Village,Luoling Village,Guandian Village,Xinguan Village,Fengshan Village),Sanjie Town(Zhang Laoying Village,Mei Ying Village),Mingnan Street(Daxin Village,Canghu Village)and Mingguang Street(Bianzhuang Village,Yingshan Village and Yangang Village),and conducts classified investigation and accounting analysis on non-point source pollution of its planting,breeding and human settlements.The equal standard pollution load method is applied to evaluate the degree of influence of various agricultural factors on agricultural non-point source pollution in the study area,reflecting the current situation and characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution in the region.According to the current situation and actual situation in mingguang city,this paper puts forward the prevention and control measures and control countermeasures for agricultural non-point source pollution in mingguang city.The main research results are as follows:1.Pollution status of planting industry in mingguang city: TN emission in mingguang city research area is 17.26 tons and TP emission is 1.73 tons.Among the four villages and towns,Sanjie town accounted for 28.83% of the pollution emissions.It is that Sanjie town has a larger area of cultivated land and a larger sewage discharge than the other three towns.2.Pollution of aquaculture in the research area of mingguang city: mingguang city has many large-scale farms and a large amount of aquaculture,with annual COD emissions of291.786 tons,TN emissions of 69.829 tons and TP emissions of 29.927 tons.Sanjie town has a large number of farms and large stock of livestock.The total annual pollution emission is 185.417 tons,accounting for 47.36% of the total emission.3.Pollution status of human settlements in mingguang city research area: Guandian town’s annual COD emission is 322.462 tons,which is the largest among the four villages and towns.Because of the large resident population,Guandian town’s annual TN emissions are 49.835 tons,TP emissions are 8.468 tons,and the total emission is 380.766 tons,accounting for 48.45% of the total emission of the four villages and towns.4.According to the emissions from the three pollution sources of planting,breeding and human settlement,human settlement is the main source of non-point source pollution in mingguang city.Therefore,it is necessary to improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection and adopt some countermeasures to control the agricultural non-point source pollution in mingguang city,including promoting soil testing and formulated fertilization technology,promoting the combination of planting and raising,improving the utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure,and giving full play to the regulatory functions of the government.
