Hefei Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Agricultural non-point source pollution is one of the important pollution sources of affecting the quality of ecological environment.It has become the bottleneck problem of the modern agricultural development.We are in Hefei city,and the surrounding areas of agricultural non-point source pollution has reached quite astonishing degree.This pollution not only destroyed the ecological environment,affect the quality of agricultural products,but also influenced the quality of people's lives and health.It reduce the social and economic development level.Even shaking the basis for the development of the society as a whole.Compared with point source pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution has the characteristics of wider,more influence and faster spread.No matter from the importance of people or the government's investment,are far less than ideal state.Although the management countermeasures for the agricultural non-point source pollution has a variety of measures,and plays a role,but the comprehensive effect is still poor.It's difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect.Therefore,according to the actual situation of Hefei in Anhui province,Hefei agricultural non-point source pollution control countermeasures,to shape the lake city,enhance the overall quality of the Hefei city,has the vital significance,and is extremely urgent.Adopted the method of comprehensive analysis,this paper mainly investigated the downtown Hefei,Chaohu,cultivated,Feidong,Feixi county,and Changfeng county planting,breeding and sewage pollution status.Researching results are as follows.1,In 2015,the city of Hefei investigated the status of pollution in the planting industry.Hefei in 2015,the total area of crop planting was 11.3145 million mu.The crop planting situation of various counties urban are at follows.Hefei urban was 481530 mu,accounting for 4.26% in Hefei city.Chaohu city was 1.31817 million mu,accounting for 11.65%.Lujiang county was 2.666 million mu,accounting for 23.56%.Feidong county was 1.71 million mu,accounting for 15.11%.Feixi county was 1.6665 million mu,accounting for 14.73%.Changfeng county was 1.4723 million mu,accounting for 13.01%.The total nitrogen loss in Hefei were 13147.4 tons,and total phosphorus were 350.7 tons for the whole year.Cultivated in various counties urban emissions,Lujiang share almost a quarter,to 23.56% of the total in Hefei.Hefei city(mainly including Baohe area and Shushan area)emissions were only 4.26%,other various counties urban emissions were between 11% and 15%.2,In 2015,Hefei city investigated the status of pollution in the livestock industry.Hefei city has a total of 435.09 million pigs in 2015,including 30.1 million in Chaohu city,35.30 million in Lujiang county,150.91 million in Fei dong county,63.59 million in the Feixi county,and 137.67 million in Changfeng county.The pig breeding industry pollutant emissions waste emissions in Heifei in 2015 were 1778647.9 tons,urine were 4.0496002 billion litres,chemical oxygen demand(cod)emissions were 536611.7 tons,total phosphorus were 40337.2 tons,total nitrogen emissions were 5097.7 tons,copper platoon's capacity were 302.6 tons,and zinc emissions were 447.2 tons.These pollutants emissions are large in Feidong county and Changfeng county,occupied two-thirds of the whole city.Hefei urban areas are mainly concentrated in the small temple of Shushan area,emissions are relatively small.Hefei city has 13942 beef cattle in 2015,including 3162 in Chaohu city and 10780 in Lujiang county.Annual emissions of excrement and urine were 75314.7 tons and 45.3415 million litres,total nitrogen and total phosphorus emissions,respectively were 781.0 tons and 101.0 tons,chemical oxygen demand(cod)emissions were 15846.6 tons.Copper and zinc emissions were 0.5 and 2.4 tonnes respectively.3,According to the the research status of planting and breeding in Hefei,you can see that agricultural non-point source pollution in Hefei is under huge threat,and corresponding measures to governance are urgently needed.The measures including expanding the propaganda,raising the public's awareness of environmental protection,strengthening the organization management and supervision function,playing a positive role of laws and institutions,make full use of economic regulating function,and intensifying the function of the technical measures to prevent and control.
