| In the outline of the 14 th five year plan,it is proposed that China will comprehensively improve the resource utilization rate of various industries.As a basic and strategic industry,logistics industry is the "third-party profit source" of economic growth and plays an important supporting role in China’s economic growth.However,for a long time,the high energy input and high pollutant emission of the logistics industry have led to the low overall operation efficiency of the industry and the lack of driving force for sustainable development.In addition,under the background of economic globalization,China vigorously promotes the preferential policies for foreign investment to attract the investment of foreign enterprises,but foreign direct investment(FDI)not only promotes China’s economic growth,but also has a significant impact on China’s environment.Therefore,how to adopt reasonable and effective environmental governance measures to supervise the quality of foreign investment plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of logistics industry.Therefore,based on the concept of green development,this paper takes environmental regulation and FDI as important factors affecting the green total factor productivity of China’s logistics industry(hereinafter referred to as logistics gtfp),and explores the impact of environmental regulation and FDI on logistics gtfp.The research conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the development quality and industry competitiveness of China’s logistics industry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Calculate and analyze the gtfp of logistics industry.After understanding the current situation of FDI and green development of logistics industry,this paper calculates and analyzes the static and dynamic gtfp,change trend and growth motivation of logistics industry.The research shows that the average value of gtfp in the logistics industry at the national level shows a stable upward trend,but the overall development level is weak,and the annual average value of gtfp in the logistics industry is only 0.439;From the regional level,the development quality of logistics industry in coastal areas is better than that in inland areas;From the perspective of provinces,there are differences in the change trend of gtfp of logistics industry among provinces,and most provinces show a fluctuating and rising development trend;From the two decomposition terms of GML index,the mean values of technical progress and technical efficiency index are 1.067 and 1.043 respectively,indicating that the improvement of gtfp in logistics industry benefits from the improvement of technical progress and technical efficiency.(2)This thesis tests and analyzes the spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration characteristics of gtfp in China’s logistics industry.Based on spatial autocorrelation analysis model.This paper tests and analyzes the spatial correlation of gtfp in logistics industry from both global and local perspectives.Through the global Moran index,it is found that gtfp of China’s logistics industry has a strong spatial positive correlation;By comparing and analyzing the local Moran index of each year,it is found that the agglomeration characteristics of gtfp in China’s logistics industry remain stable,and the spatial homogeneity is greater than the spatial heterogeneity in most years.(3)Research and analyze the impact of environmental regulation,FDI and their intersection on gtfp of logistics industry.The results show that there is a "U-shaped" relationship between environmental regulation and logistics gtfp.FDI is not conducive to the improvement of logistics gtfp.Environmental regulation has a positive regulatory effect on FDI to improve logistics gtfp.Then,the threshold effect model is used to explore the optimal intensity of environmental regulation,When the intensity of environmental regulation is greater than 0.38 and less than 0.65,it has the best regulation effect on FDI. |
