Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Ecological Environment And Regional Economy In Chongqing Under The Background Of High-Quality Development ——Based On Principal Component BP Network Analysis

The "two points" positioning of Chongqing’s development,and the goals of "two places" and "two highs" require Chongqing to achieve sustainable and high-quality development development and optimize its economic structure;in terms of ecological environment and regional economic development,it requires further The pattern of development and protection of land and space has been optimized,production and lifestyles have been continuously transformed to green,and the utilization efficiency of energy and resources has been improved.Great improvement,more beautiful urban and rural living environment and other goals,practice the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing",and then achieve high-quality development.However,judging from the current situation of Chongqing’ s development,the overall economic development will still cause greater pressure on the ecological environment,and the optimization of the industrial structure is facing greater pressure of transformation,and there are certain contradictions with the objective requirements of residents’ lives.The coordinated development level between the ecological environment and the regional economy still needs to be further improved.Under this background,firstly constructs a scientific,reasonable and highly targeted regional economic evaluation index system for objective evaluation of the time series changes in the development of ecological and economic systems.Linear quantitative analysis of the index system.Secondly,the coupling coordination degree model was introduced to quantitatively study the coupling and coordinated development relationship between the ecological environment and regional economy in Chongqing from 2 0 1 0 to2 0 1 9.The results show that there is a high coupling relationship between the ecological environment and regional economy.The level of coordinated development has experienced On the verge of dissonance,barely coordination,primary coordination,intermediate coordination,good coordination,but there is still a certain distance from the advanced coordination level.Then,the grey correlation model is used to clarify the indicators that have a greater impact on the coupled and coordinated development of the two systems,including 20 indicators including the total import and export of urban population,foreign direct investment in fixed asset investment,etc.The direction that the highly coupled and coordinated development of the economy should be striving for.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the ecological environment and regional economy in Chongqing are put forward.
