With the rapid development of global digitization and Internet technology,it has covered all walks of life,such as manufacturing,agriculture,service industry,education and so on.Chemical manufacturing also gradually presents a strong digital and integrated development trend.A company,a world-famous chemical group,plans to invest 300 million CNY to build A water-based coating manufacturing base in Chengdu Chemical Industrial Park,focusing on the development layout of water-based coating in central and western China market.Due to the high schedule requirements of the project,high-end digital technology of the chemical industry was adopted at the beginning of the design.Using the world class chemical control system--the United States of Emerson DCS(Distributed Control System)control system,considering the DCS project involves civil engineering,mechanical and electrical installation,electrical power,software involved,the system is more complex,therefore,how to effectively DCS project schedule management,the timely completion of the entire project has become the key to the success of A company’s entire western base project.In this thesis,on the premise of fully considering the resource constraints,the critical chain technology is used in the project schedule control,the critical chain is identified,and the root variance method is used to set a reasonable project buffer and add the input buffer and project buffer to the project plan,so as to effectively eliminate the safe time.Due to the large uncertainty in the project implementation process,in order to achieve effective control of project duration and timely completion of project duration,the main research is as follows:First of all,aiming at the problem of resource conflict in the project,the network diagram is drawn for each project in turn,the plan is made,the conflict resources and processes are determined,and the resources are allocated reasonably according to the priority order.Secondly,according to the past project experience,the safe time estimation of project duration is usually too conservative.In this paper,a scientific method,Delphi three-point time estimation method,is fully used as the basis of project duration calculation.Finally,aiming at the key chain in the process of project implementation work procedure and capacity constraints,non-critical chain considering three aspects of resources,through the system buffer consumption three layers controls and time limit for a project security model in the process of critical chain and non-critical chain implementation buffer consumption system and scientific management,and the deviation in time in the implementation process of the construction period to take corresponding measures.In this thesis,the critical chain project schedule management in project management will be used through A company’s DCS project plan,implementation plan,inspection,analysis and comparison,control,determine adjustment measures,modify the original plan and a series of routine activities to form A closed cycle system,and finally achieve the smooth completion of the whole DCS project.
