With the improvement of living standards,there are a variety of food on the market.Now people not only need to meet the quantity of food,but also pay more attention to food safety.However,in the food industry,all kinds of production behaviors that do not meet the food safety standards still occur from time to time,and the harm of food safety incidents to consumers is still very serious.In order to better protect the people’s "tip of the tongue" safety and strengthen the supervision of food safety,the third-party food inspection institutions provide more and more food supervision and sampling services.However,with the rapid growth of food risk projects and random inspection batches,the delay of project delivery is very prominent.The preparation time of sampling and inspection qualification confirmation procedures in the early stage of supervision and random inspection is too long,the resistance is too large,the quality management departments intervene too much in the project schedule,the material procurement delay of K3 system is serious,and the resources of inspection engineers are short,The past project schedule management method has been difficult to meet the problem of delayed delivery of urgent projects in today’s inspection and testing industry.Previous methods of project schedule management mostly rely on the project manager’s own working experience to grasp and correct the schedule,which is not scientific enough,the overall arrangement is not detailed enough,and the subjective factors greatly increase the uncertainty of project schedule.This method can be applied to projects with sufficient resources and not urgent schedule requirements,but for projects with insufficient resources and short construction period The food supervision and random inspection projects with urgent construction period are far from meeting the requirements.Considering that the food supervision and random inspection project is similar to the construction construction project,which is more mature in the application of project schedule management,it is the restriction and bottleneck in the production of resources and manpower,but it is less used in the food supervision and random inspection project.This paper takes the food supervision sampling inspection project in s quarter of J City as the research object,expounds its delay risk points and key monitoring milestones of project progress,and puts forward the key chain technology project progress management method to solve the food supervision sampling inspection project in s quarter of J city.This thesis uses the critical chain method to make a new project schedule to meet the customer’s requirements,re estimates the construction period,scientifically reduces the safety time,balances the resource constraints of each individual work,sets the buffer by using the elastic coefficient,monitors the process,and puts forward the corresponding solutions in each stage of the project implementation.Moreover,it is 3 days earlier than the initial planned end date,which proves the applicability of critical chain technology in the progress management of food supervision sampling inspection project,and provides a reference for similar food supervision sampling inspection project.
