| The coordinated social and economic development of impoverished mountainous areas is the key to China’s alleviation of poverty.Shouning County is located in the southeast hilly area.The area is full of mountains,with large terrain undulations,traffic obstruction,small proportion of arable land,backward agricultural development infrastructure,single industrial structure,lagging social and economic development,and the fragile social and ecological system has been inconsistent and unsustainable for a long time.Based on the perspective of the social ecosystem,this paper uses the entropy method and the comprehensive index method to measure the vulnerability and resilience of the social ecosystem in Shouning County from 2004 to 2018 on the basis of constructing an evaluation index system for the vulnerability and resilience of the social ecosystem.Discuss the influence mechanism of social ecosystem resilience through obstacle degree model.On this basis,a countermeasure path to improve the resilience of Shouning County’s social ecosystem is proposed.It aims to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the sustainable development of the local social ecosystem and the improvement of residents’ well-being.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2004 to 2018,the vulnerability of the social ecosystem in Shouning County showed a weakening trend,and the spatial distribution showed a pattern of "higher in the northwest,lower in the southeast and central part".The larger changes were in Kengdi Township,Tuoxi Township and Xiadang Township.The overall vulnerability of the county’s social and economic subsystems is in a downward trend,and the spatial distribution is relatively similar.They are all distributed patterns of “high in the northwest and low in the southeast”;the vulnerability of the county’s ecological subsystem is on the rise,and spatially the distribution pattern of "high in the southeast and low in the northwest".The vulnerability of the composite system is greatly affected by the social and economic subsystems.(2)From 2004 to 2018,the overall response capacity of the social ecosystem in Shouning County showed an increasing trend.The spatial distribution pattern was uniformly distributed with low response capacity in the early stage,and "high in the east and low in the west" in the later period.Nanyang Town and Kengdi Township’s social subsystem’s response capabilities have improved the most significantly,and Xixi Town and Nanyang Town’s economic subsystem’s response capabilities have improved the most.Although the overall response capacity of the county’s ecological subsystem is relatively high,the improvement has been slow.(3)From 2004 to 2018,the overall resilience of Shouning County’s social ecosystem showed an increasing trend.The most significant improvement was in Xiadang Township,and the overall spatial distribution showed a pattern of "high in the southeast and low in the northwest".The overall resilience of the social and economic subsystems has increased significantly.The resilience of the social subsystems of Nanyang Town and Aoyang Town has increased the most,and the resilience of the economic subsystems of Xiadang Township and Nanyang Town has increased the most.The resilience of the ecological subsystem remains stable,with a spatial pattern of "high in the north and low in the south".(4)Using the diagnosis model of obstacle degree,conduct an in-depth study on the obstacle factors of the fragility and resilience of the social ecosystem of Shouning County from the index level and the criterion level.In the indicator layer,the public barrier factors of system fragility are the industrial output value and proportion of subsistence allowance population,and the public barrier factors of system resilience are the balance of household savings deposits and the total amount of taxes paid by enterprises.At the criterion level,the social subsystems of Kengdi Township,Daan Township,Tuoxi Township and Xiadang Township have the greatest obstacles to the vulnerability of the social ecosystem;The economic subsystems of Pingxi Town,Qinyang Township,Fengyang Town,Zhuguanlong Township,Qingyuan Town,Xixi Town,Wuqu Town and Xietan Town have the greatest obstacles to the vulnerability of the social ecosystem;the ecological subsystems of Aoyang Town and Nanyang Town have the largest obstacles to the vulnerability of the social ecosystem.During the study period,the degree of obstacles to the resilience of the social ecological system by each subsystem is as follows: economic subsystem,social subsystem,ecological subsystem.From the change trend of the resilience obstacle degree of each subsystem,the obstacle degree of the economic subsystem and the social subsystem shows a downward trend,and the obstacle degree of the ecological subsystem shows an upward trend.(5)Propose corresponding countermeasures to improve resilience based on the main obstacle factors.Among them,the social subsystem should improve the efficiency of government services,solve outstanding problems in people’s livelihood,and strengthen the construction of public infrastructure;in the economic subsystem,the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry structure should be accelerated,the secondary industry should be optimized and upgraded,and a unique tourism brand should be created.Accelerate industrial integration;in terms of ecological subsystems,establish a complete meteorological disaster placement mechanism,adhere to ecological environmental protection and restoration,improve ecological compensation mechanisms,and mobilize residents’ enthusiasm for protecting the ecological environment. |
