The environmental problems brought about by global warming have attracted the attention of countries all over the world,and reducing and controlling carbon emissions is the most direct way to solve the current continuous warming.In response,the Chinese government has formulated a series of carbon policies and emissions reduction targets.As the main body of carbon emissions,enterprises take measures to reduce carbon emissions in production activities is the key to achieve China’s emissions reduction target,but the high emissions reduction cost makes enterprises bear huge financial pressure.Cooperative emissions reduction or outsourcing emissions reduction tasks among enterprises can alleviate this pressure to a large extent,at the same time,there is also the overflow of emissions reduction technology.Based on this,this thesis constructs a decision-making model of a two-level low-carbon supply chain composed of a single leading supplier and a single follower manufacturer for the supply chain decision-making problem of emissions reduction technology spillover under different carbon emissions limits.Firstly,the optimal decision-making of supply chain enterprises under the limit of total carbon emissions is studied when adopting different cooperative modes of autonomous emissions reduction and different outsourcing emissions reduction models.Secondly,the optimal decision-making of supply chain enterprises under the carbon emissions limit of unit product is studied when they adopt different cooperative modes of autonomous emissions reduction and different outsourcing emissions reduction models.Finally,the differences in decision-making of supply chain enterprises under different carbon emissions limits when adopting the same emission reduction mode are compared.With the help of numerical simulation to verify the relevant results,the main research findings are as follows:(1)No matter what kind of carbon emissions limits are implemented,when supply chain enterprises conduct autonomous emissions reduction,the complete cooperation model is better than the partial cooperation mode,and the partial cooperation mode is better than the independent mode,and the increase of emissions reduction technology spillover rate reduces product retail and wholesale prices,and improves emissions reductions and profits for suppliers and manufacturers.(2)No matter what kind of carbon emissions limits are implemented,when supply chain enterprises outsource emissions reduction,supply chain enterprises and emissions reduction service providers have optimal decisions in two different emissions reduction modes: customization and ordering.Compared with the ordering mode,the total profit of the supply chain enterprises are higher in the customized mode,and the emissions reduction service\paid price and the profit of emissions reduction service provider is lower.Besides,The retail price of products and the total emissions reduction of supply chain enterprises are affected by the emissions reduction cost coefficient of supply chain enterprises.Only when the emissions reduction cost coefficient is large,the price in the customized mode is lower and the emissions reduction is larger.The increase of emissions reduction technology spillover rate of emissions reduction service providers will increase product demand,emissions reduction and emission reduction service\payment price,and reduces product retail price,which will eventually lead to an increase in the profits of both parties;The ratio of emissions reduction cost coefficient of emission reduction service providers and supply chain enterprises has the same impact on the decision-making and profits of supply chain enterprises and emissions reduction service providers.The larger the emissions reduction cost coefficient ratio,the more unfavorable the decision-making of supply chain enterprises and emissions reduction service providers,and will also lead to a decrease in the profits of both parties,but the profits of emissions reduction service providers will tend to increase briefly and then decrease.(3)No matter what carbon emissions restrictions are implemented,only when the abatement cost coefficient ratio between emissions reduction service providers and supply chain companies is at a low level and the emissions reduction technology spillover rate of emissions reduction service providers is high,supply chain companies outsource emissions reduction tasks.Only then can profits be made,and the possibility of such profits weakens with the increase of the internal emissions reduction technology spillover rate at a low level when supply chain enterprises voluntarily reduce emissions.(4)No matter what autonomous emissions reduction cooperation mode or outsourcing emissions reduction mode is adopted,compared with the total carbon emission limit,the carbon emission limit per unit product is more conducive to the sales and carbon emissions reduction of the final product of the supply chain enterprises,and under certain conditions,the profits of supply chain enterprises will be better,and the increase in the spillover rate of emissions reduction technology will expand the advantages of carbon emission restrictions per unit product.
