| Urban development and construction has always been accompanied by its resistance to various natural disasters and man-made disasters.With the advent of urbanization,economic globalization,information technology and social transformation,there is a trend for various disasters to change suddenly,diversify types,affect in a long term and become complicated,which threats personal and public property security.Therefore,maintenance of urban public security plays an important role for social economic development and contentment of citizens.In recent years,with the increase of rainstorm and extreme weather,urban waterlogging occurs more frequently.With the start ofthe13th Five-Year,to learn from the waterlogging controlling experience in the past,analyze the current situation and consider the new situation,new backgrounds,new requirements with caution to deal with urban waterlogging,improve the security level of the city,maintain the social security and stability,are significant both in theoretical and practical.The first part is the theoretical part,in which firstly,the urban waterlogging and its prevention from theoretical and empirical aspects are reviewed.Overall,the study of waterlogging in China started late,but in recent years it developed rapidly.Based on waterlogging model assessment,waterlogging control,effect of waterlogging in urban area,and waterlogging spatial distribution,following the "theoryempirical research--conclusion" structure,this thesis wants to build the logical relationships between urban waterlogging and urban space.The second part is the empirical research,in which-Changzhou inner-city is chosen as the representative research object.First of all,the storms occurred in Changzhou over the years are reviewed,in which the data of waterlogging in 2015 is highlighted.Then to study the impacts on urban physical and social space bring by the waterlogging from the angle of house price and public opinion,and illustrate the deeper reason behind it to have a further study on urban waterlogging which affects urban physical and social space.Through comparing the distribution data of waterlogging points between2012 and 2015,three characteristics have been summed up,For example,the waterlogging points have distributed from outside to inside.The points have reduced both in residential area and industrial area.The spatial distribution of waterlogging objectively reflects the level of city space quality.According to the spatial distribution characteristics of waterlogging,further analysis about its influencing factors has been down.Based on the data analysis and empirical research,analysis from urban physical and social space has been down,includes-ecological space,drainage way,urban development,public participation.All have been described in detail towards the effects on the distribution of waterlogging.Then,the relationship between various factors and the impact on waterlogging occurred in different period have been summarized.Finally,according to the analysis towards the evolution of the characteristics and influencing factors on the spatial distribution of waterlogging,to analyze waterlogging prevention measures from the perspective of urban physical and social space.The urban material space includes sponge city-building,inproving urban drainage patterns,allow sufficient bearing space,development of regional development strategies,delineation of urban development boundaries and improving urban drainage standards,sponge city construction,Urban social space includes the public participation platform,the construction of information platform and the implementation of system security and so on.At last explain its meaning and rationality pertinently.The third part is the conclusion part,in which to summarize the full text first,then highlight the innovation parts,and finally point out the deficiencies.The whole thesis contains about 46 000 words,82 pictures and charts. |
