| Multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building is a new type of green building with energy conservation and environmental protection which has good shock resistance and energy-saving economic benefits,so its application prospect is very broad.Depended on the National Nature Science Foundation and combined with the application running mechanism of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building,this paper is discussing the project financing model of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building.Combined with project financing mode and financing mode of energy conservation and environmental protection,in view of the the main influencing factors of the application in multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving project,finding out the key factors in factor analysis method,building a new kind of financing mode which is suitable for the engineering project of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building.The main works are as follows:(1)Analyzing and concluding the related research results of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building,finding out the problem in its application and dissemination,establishing the structure factor model which influences the popularization and application,collecting the actual data in questionnaire,and reducing the dimension of influencing factors in factor analysis method,the results show that the principal influence factors is incremental cost,which affects the promotion and application of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building.Analyzing and concluding the financing model commonly used in engineering project and project financing,raising that "separation of financing" is available in the project ofmulti-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building.(2)By means of the analysis in the projects built and under construction of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building and related data,analyzing the requirements and constitution of the incremental cost;in combination with CET(Carbon emissions trading)and EMC(Energy Management Contraction)which are popular in the area of international energy conservation and environmental protection,and particularly analyzing the rationality of EPC from the internal to the external,verifying through engineering example,EMC is suitable for the multi-ribbed composite wall energy saving building.(3)Combined with the discussion of construction characteristic of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building and varieties of financing modes,building a new kind of financing mode which is applicable for this kind of building,and analyzing the financing model in game theory,the result shows that new financing mode can make those players reach equilibrium and solve the problem which adversely influences the promotion and application of multi-ribbed composite wall energy-saving building,designing of concrete operation process which is applicable for the new financing mode。... |
