The promotion of prefabricated building conforms to the inevitable trend of the development of building industrialization.However,the development of prefabricated building in China is still relatively slow and face many bottlenecks.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place buildings the higher construction cost is the key factor restricting the development of prefabricated building.In order to explore the composition of incremental cost and change law of the prefabricated sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure building.This article first analyzes the cost composition characteristics and high cost issues of prefabricated sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structures;Then comparing and analyzing the construction process and cost composition of the two construction modes;Based on the same assembly rate,the typical building number of the prefabricated sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure is 6,8 and 11 floors.,Using modeling and cost software to calculate relevant cost data of the case,Comparing and analyzing the construction cost of prefabricated sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure and traditional cast-in-situ structure,it is conclude the composition and change rule of incremental cost;Finally,the incremental cost control measures are proposed from the four stages of design,production,transportation and installation of prefabricated component.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)Under the two construction modes,the incremental cost of the total building cost of prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure increases first and then decreases with the increase in the number of building floors.The interval value of the incremental cost increase stage is17%~23%,the interval value of the amplitude reduction stage is 10%~23%,and the peak incremental cost increase was 23%.(2)As the construction price of prefabricated sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure increases with the increase of the number of floors,the incremental cost increases first and then decreases.The range of incremental cost increase is 10%~24%;Compared with the decoration cost of traditional cast-in-place structure,it saves 20%~29%of decoration cost;The cost of installation engineering(electricity,heating,water supply and drainage)is reduced by 0.5%~2%,Which is basically the same;Labor costs and material costs increased slightly,ranging from 8%to 10%,and 23%to 25%,while machinery costs increased significantly,ranging from 16 to 29%.(3)Through the data fitting of the 4-11 floor multi-foor and small high-rise prefabricated sandwich insulation multi-ribbed composite wall structure construction engineering case,the formula y=0.001x~3-0.026x~2+0.2042x-0.2724 between the incremental cost y of the prefabricated sandwich insulation composite wall structure building and the number of building floors x is obtained.The coefficient of determination of the deterministic factor of the goodness of fit statistics is R~2=0.8064,which is highly reliable.(4)During the production cost control stage of prefabricated components,i designed a differential evolution hybrid particle swarm(PSODE)algorithm,and a scheduling model for minimizing the production cost of prefabricated components is established.After optimized by the PSODE algorithm,the component processing order is changed from the original 1→2→3→4→5 to 1→4→5→3→2;The component production cost was reduced by 5.5%on the basis of the original scheduling.
