| Gypsum block is a kind of excellent performance,partition wall of the building is recyclable materials.As the country to vigorously develop new wall materials,gypsum block will get more and more widely used.To an enterprise’s demand,this paper designed a kind of block forming machine,its structure design research and finite element analysis.First,this paper designed a kind of gypsum hollow block production of machinery and equipment-block molding machine,the machine adopts the molding box injection mold,hydraulic ejector structure,has simple operation,less investment and easy to mechanization,etc.Mainly by the molding box mechanism,launch mechanism,sliding seat,guide shaft,frame,base,hydraulic cylinder,etc.Focusing on molding box design research institute and institutions.Secondly,the use of UG NX software for its launch system and scraper movement simulation,get the displacement,velocity and acceleration diagram,by analyzing the results chart to check interference between parts,and judge whether the design of the mechanism is reasonable.Finally,using the ANSYS finite element analysis software on the box of its institutions and agencies for the finite element statics analysis of its stress and displacement nephogram,further check its strength and rigidity. |
