| As the economy develops and the industrial power load increases,there are more and more various kinds of nonlinear load and voltage surge which leads to the deterioration of the power quality.And it also brings serious impacts on the safe operation of the power system and equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the power quality.Moreover,the rapidly developing smart power grid is actually the two-way interaction of the power and information.The background mentioned above leads to the fact that it is of great significance to design a power quality detector which can not only measure the quantity and the quality of the power,but also reflect the user’s power consumption information.As one part of my supervisor’s project and based on MODBUS,a power quality detector is designed which communicate with the network platform via the IO-server.This thesis mainly completes the hardware and software design of the power quality detector and carries out the relevant tests and experiments.The research content is as follows:(1)According to the study on the related theories of power quality detection,several design plans are put forward.Then taking the requirements of the supervisor’s project into consideration,the solution of using dedicated power chip&ARM is adopted.(2)The hardware design of the power quality detector is completed.The hardware circuit board is of three-layered structure,and includes the power board,the main board,and the display panel from the bottom to the top.And debugging is also carried out on it.(3)The software design of the power quality detector is finished.The software is mainly divided into two parts,namely the slave part and the master part.The slave part software is the focus of this thesis,and it works with the hardware circuit to realize the detection of the power quality and the information exchange.The master part is mainly applied in the test of the equipment and the presentation of the final result.(4)The experiment platform is built.According to the standard correcting process and the actual experiment environment,a simple and feasible experiment platform is built to roughly correct the power quality detector and display the final result.This thesis accomplishes the design of the power quality detector based on MODBUS and builds a simple experiment platform in the lab to roughly correct the power quality detector. |
