| With the rapid development of microelectronics,communication,integrated automatic control and other technologies,higher requirements have been put forward for the reliability and networking of power distribution monitoring system in various fields.At the end of power distribution system,the stability and reliability of low voltage power distribution system that supplies and distributes power directly to the equipment of the user enterprise is very important for industrial production.In order to reduce the errors of manual operation,reduce the waste of human resources and provide convenience for system maintenance and monitoring automation feasible control method,must use reasonable control logic,to realize computer management of power supply system.This paper designed and implemented based on the fieldbus technology of new intelligent power distribution control system,the new technology completely abandoned the traditional management concept and mode of power distribution unit,but using a large number to represent the advanced technology development direction of intelligent components(intelligent instrument,network I/O,intelligent circuit breaker,etc.)and very small amounts of normal control device of a new type of network integrated full distribution control equipment,this article USES the field bus technology,mainly studies the Modbus field bus in the application of low voltage intelligent distribution network,this control system has good man-machine interface,The operation is simple and fast.On the basis of in-depth study of field bus technology,this paper designed an intelligent power distribution system based on Modbus field bus,and finally achieve the distribution of high efficient and accurate monitoring and design optimization of electrical system.Paper makes a deep study on the Modbus bus,designs and realizes a kind of intelligent power distribution monitoring system based on Modbus bus,with Modbus bus to connect to the main computer and intelligent power distribution monitoring system,the connection of intelligent power distribution system and low speed solid state power switch.In order to make the intelligent power distribution monitoring system to be more perfect,based on the hardware and software design,realized the real-time data acquisition,digital communications,remote operation and process control,management,protection setting event log and alarm,failure analysis,and other functions,can promote the power distribution system safer,more reliable,more economic and more intuitive operation,meet the need of electric power development,has important theoretical significance and promotion value. |
