The oscilloscope is one of the main methods for signal testing and processing.It can complete the time domain waveform display and intensity analysis of the signal,allowing the user to obtain objective and accurate measurement data.It has an extremely important application in the field of information technology.With the development of liquid crystal technology,CPU technology,and storage technology,oscilloscopes continue to develop toward miniaturization,portability,and intelligence.In order to improve the signal waveform measurement accuracy and data processing efficiency,it is necessary to explore the time domain measurement and data processing methods of portable oscilloscopes.This article plans to develop a portable digital oscilloscope based on ARM devices and embedded operating systems.The portable intelligent digital oscilloscope is the integration of cutting-edge technology in many fields.It involves analog signal preprocessing,sampling theory,display technology,embedded operating system,digital filtering technology,range conversion technology,signal strength analysis and so on.Based on the ARM processor and embedded operating system,the author uses the liquid crystal display as the display part,through the research of signal sampling,conversion,filtering,waveform reconstruction,output and other algorithms,initially completed with waveform display,digital storage,signal strength analysis Development of portable oscilloscope.The work completed in this thesis mainly includes:(1)The planning and design of portable digital storage oscilloscope functions and implementation solutions.The implementation method of embedded is determined,ARM is used as a data processing device,and an embedded operating system is combined to perform functions such as signal acquisition,conversion,processing,and output display through programming;(2)Hardware structure formation.Based on the ARM processor with high frequency and its main board as the hardware basis,the analog signal preprocessing circuit(proportional adjustment,filtering)was designed,and the matching interfacecircuit between the main board expansion interface and the TFT LCD was completed.The A/D sampling was selected as an option.Circuits and other work;installed embedded operating system.(3)Programming.The oscilloscope software was written in C language.The top-down method was used to gradually complete the programming of modules such as single-channel signal acquisition,array storage of real-time sampling data,digital filtering,LCD screen interface design,waveform drawing,digit character conversion and display.Initially completed the preparation and debugging of system software.(4)In addition,it also compares several algorithms of first order inertial filter,sine interpolation filter,peak measurement,and frequency measurement and their program implementation.Through the research of the thesis,basically completed the development work of portable oscilloscope based on ARM and embedded operating system.Digitalized and intelligent portable storage oscilloscopes play an important role in scientific research and industrial production.We hope that the exploration process of this paper can serve as a reference and reference.
