Steel reinforced concrete structure has the common advantages of both reinforced concrete and steel structure.In steel reinforced concrete structure,steel and its surrounding concrete structures work together,making full use of their material properties,and have been widely used in high-rise and super-high-rise buildings.In steel reinforced concrete columns,the bond between steel and concrete is very small,so it is not enough to bear large loads,Therefore,it is necessary to arrange shear connectors on the interface between steel and concrete in SRC columns.Shear connectors are the key parts to realize the joint work of section steel and concrete and to give full play to their respective strengths.It can transfer the longitudinal shear force on the interface between steel and concrete and resist the lifting force on the interface between steel and concrete.It is the key to ensure the coordinated force between steel and concrete.At present,the commonly used shear connectors are bending bar connectors,bolt connectors and channel steel connectors.They all have their own advantages,but they also have disadvantages that affect the overall stability of the structure.Therefore,it is also very important to develop new shear connectors with excellent performance.This paper summarizes the characteristics and shear mechanism of existing shear connectors by consulting domestic and foreign literatures,and makes a comparative analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,this paper developed T-CR connector and T-perforated corrugated plate connector and the structures of these two new shear connectors were calculated to check its rationality.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,finite element analysis models of two new shear connectors were analyzed.By the results of finite element simulation,the stress and strain nephograms,load-stress curves and load-strain curves of the finite element model were extracted.The stress and strain state of each component in each stage of loading were analyzed,and the shear mechanism of the connector was studied.load-slip curves of components were extracted.The influence of the concrete strength,the flange plate size,the penetrating reinforcement and the placement direction of the flange plate on the Shear Bearing Capacity of Connectors were also studied.It is concluded that the shear capacity of T-CR connectors has been significantly improved compared with CR connectors,and the shear capacity of T-perforated corrugated plate connector is also better than that of perforated corrugated plate connector.The shear capacity of T-perforated corrugated double plate connector is also significantly higher than that of T-perforated corrugated single plate connector.Moreover,the influence of the concrete strength and the placement direction of the connector on the shear capacity of the connector is more significant.
