| With the development of the auto market,the competition among auto manufacturers has become more and more severe which will quicken the space of auto industrial reorganization and enhances the industrial concentration degree.With the continued competitive circumstance of auto-industry,how to upgrade own competitiveness is the ordeal facing automobile manufacturing industries.Non-core Business Outsourcing has been one of the best ways to reduce cost and improve core competitive of corporation.Business outsourcing is a new management strategy.By sign the outsourcing contract with supplier,enterprise outsources its non-core Business to the supplier which can provide more professional and efficient service.The reasonable exertion of business outsourcing can help corporation achieve the goal of reducing cost,dispersing operational risks,reengineering Organization Structure and increasing core competitiveness.Meanwhile obtaining benefits from outsourcing,enterprise also needs take on the possible risks for business outsourcing.During the process of outsourcing,enterprise will always face variant trouble and business risk from outsourcing supplier,it will create huge challenges for enterprise development.How to increase outsourcing management level becomes the problem that needs to be solved urgently.The qualified supplier selection is the premise and the scientific and effective outsourcing supplier management is a guarantee of outsourcing project success.This paper introduces an overview of C Company and the current situation of C Company Outsourcing projects,we discuss the difficulty of C Company outsourcing projects and take the sub-assembly parts outsourcing project as the research object,and then design the selection and evaluation index system.The indicator weight was ascertained based on AHP method.This paper has made an empirical application study for assembly parts sub-assembly outsourcing with the above method.Combining the characteristic of C company outsourcing projects and requirement of outsourcing supplier management,we design outsourcing supplier performance evaluation system thus ensure the enterprise achieves the outsourcing supplier management goal.We hope the method of this paper can offer beneficial reference and enlightenment for supplier selection and Performance Measurement of C Company outsourcing projects,and it also benefits for other peer enterprises. |
