| Equipment manufacturing of nuclear power plant is regarded as high-level manufacturing industry because of its character of high technology and high quality requirement.1000 MW nuclear power units was introduced in China from France in late 1990 s and was localized gradually.Objectively speaking,Though the considerable progress was made by the localization,There is still long way to go for the quality management level of Chinese nuclear equipment manufacturing comparing with advanced nuclear countries.One of evidence is that nuclear quality management standard of American and France absorb advanced quality management theory and develop continually.But the old standard of 1988,IAEA-50-C-QA,is still adopted in Chinese nuclear industry.Therefore,it is meaningful to study the application of advanced quality management theory,Process Approach,in Chinese nuclear industry.The important nuclear equipment company of China is set as research object in this thesis.Firstly,three problems of current quality management of S company was raised.And outline of solutions were given by use of quality management theory,Process Approach,of ISO9001-2015.Then,all processes of quality management system of object company were analyzed and established by use of two instruments,Process Analysis Chart and Process Identification Card.And it laid the foundation for the application of Process Approach.Finally,the Process Approach was applied in the design,purchasing,manufacturing processes of object company.And key quality management elements of these processes were analyzed and summarized by PDCA model.Exercisable quality management strategy was given as well.The general quality management strategy for nuclear equipment company was concluded by use of Process Approach theory in the thesis.The ability fulfilling specification of customer will be improved by the strategy.And it has important reference significance for similar nuclear equipment company to introducing Process Approach and improving quality management level. |
