| With increasing market competition,F company has been facing significant stock price slide in China and globally,and the challenges for a promising future in terms of company development.At the background of urbanization,the connectivity of the network to people’s daily life and arising of the sharing economy,the change in consumption circumstance has required traditional car manufacturer to embrace the opportunities of electrification,smart mobility and connectivity,and to transit strategically to maintain a strong growth.This paper is studying on F company,using the PEST model,Michael Porter five forces model and SWOT evaluation matrix to determine and analyze the internal/external environment.First,it analyzes the economic background and the problem F company stayed,to demonstrate the necessity of its strategic transition.Second,it listed out matured strategic tools and theories to frame out the study methodology and scope.In the main texts of this thesis,it analyzes the business concepts that drives the changes and decisions to transformation.In order to fulfil that goal,it finds out what does it take for to win and affect the development of the F company by using Marco-economic analysis based on F company internal factors.Accordingly,the study has been using SWOT matrix to determine the strength and weakness as well as threats and opportunities,and provide some proposalsthat suit the company in a strategic transformation period.Finally,it provided some reference point and position to those companies which seek a throughout internal revolution based on the new trend of a connected world and an outlook to the vision of success if completed with strategic planning in a timely way.The study has been based on an actual business,which provides some practical reference to those who thinks further and determines not stay on existing growth ceilings and want to change the business models to seek a next round of growth in a trend of new smart and connected era. |
