With the development of electrical and electronic technology and computer science, and the continuous innovation of modern control theory,as the main driving device,AC servo system plays an increasingly important role in robotics,CNC machine tools and aerospace, and is an indispensable part of modern industrial production. In this paper, the driving technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is the main research direction.Based on Field-Oriented Control, the physical equation and motion equation of PMSM in rotor-synchronous coordinate system are derived, and the control flow of PMSM is analyzed. On this basis, the driving technology of AC motor is discussed in detail, and Space Vector Pulse-Width Modulation(SVPWM)technology are mainly studied. In the servo-drive of permanent magnet motor, current loop is of great importance. The bandwidth and precision of current loop are the core constraints of the actual driving performance. In order to improve the bandwidth and accuracy of current loop, the modulation process of SVPWM is optimized. The influence of the switching delay and dead-time of semiconductor devices on the modulation process is analyzed. In addition, through the theoretical analysis of dead-time error, this paper gives a solution of error compensation, and integrates it into the modulation process of SVPWM.The simulation in Simulink shows that the above SVPWM modulation and error compensation schemes are all reliable and effective, and truly improve the precision of the current tracking of the servo system. Finally,on the basis of the foregoing analysis and simulation, using the experiment platform of d SPACE Gmb H,the correctness and feasibility of the motor driving algorithm is verified by experiment, which lays a practical foundation for the related algorithm and industrial application of the theory.
