Product morphological design is an important part of product design.It can not only express the function and structure of the product,but also reflect the style and characteristics of the product.It is the most direct way to reflect the perceptual factors of the product.Enterprises often make their products have relevance when introducing new products,which can inherit the morphological characteristics of the brand gene to strengthen the visual attraction permanently.Currently,product form design relies on personal experience and inspiration heavily.To address the shortcomings,this article form a new design thinking and method,which can assist designers make product design process more systematic,scientific and visible;making products products more beautiful,more reasonable and of high quality,when a new design scheme is given,at the same time still remain the original product morphological gene.The design method of morphological similarity transformation research also enrich and perfect the design content and the theoretical system of design method.Based on systems engineering,perceptual technology,graphics and similar learning theory method,based on the graphics transform and morphological fusion technology,combined with the product shape change tendency and the target image of the product form features,the iteration generated consistent with the target image and genes associated with a series of initial design scheme of original products,provide a new thought of design for designers.This paper will mainly explore and study from the following four aspects:First,determine the "original product morphological" characteristics.Perform original product morphological feature extraction.Second,determine the morphological characteristics of "driving target" products.In order to enhance the product form design phase of the objective and scientific,and choose the more successful on the market similar or different products as reference object,and analyzed based on the degree of perceptual images of beauty and fashion trend,with the help of a popular design element and conventional fusion between brand product design elements and deduction method,filter conform to the trend of excellent product design to extract the morphological characteristics,trends in product form.Thirdly,study on the design method of product shape similarity transformation.Existing form of the products as the reference object being transformation,combined with its own brand form gene and product positioning,according to the excellent product characteristics of image is consistent with the target elements to drive the goal,use curve subdivision algorithm and deformation algorithm based on target driven finish product shape similarity transformation spectrum,Through the expert discussion,the initial plan with higher satisfaction is selected to deepen the design,and then through the evaluation of the satisfaction degree of the design plan,it is decided whether to carry out the second or multiple iteration design of the product,Finally,a new product shape design scheme can be obtained,which is consistent with the target image and is associated with the original product shape gene.Fourthly,the design method of product shape similarity transformation based on target driven is verified by an example.Automobile headlight design,for example,complete the ideological trend of case products positioning by using this method,the selection of target image design elements and feature extraction,segmentation algorithm and deformation algorithm are used to get the corresponding relation between the graphic at the end of the feature points in the early,through the product form of evolutionary algorithm,this paper completed both retain product brand gene and conform to the product of target image design,verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
