| Prefabricated Concrete(PC or PCa structure for short)is a concrete structure that is processed at the factory and transported to the construction site for assembly positioning,wet operation connection,and partial cast-in-place construction.The new Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure(NPC structure for short)is developed on the basis of the traditional cast-in-place shear wall,and the wall is composed of edge members and distributed walls.This paper combines the Key Technology of Prefabricated Full-Prefabrication of Assembled Shear Wall Structures project of China Construction Third Bureau Green Industry Investment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “China Construction Third Bureau Green Investment Company”),and proposes a new full refabricated shear wall structure with vertical seam.The concrete shear wall(prefabricated in most areas of the edge member,only the cast-in-place area in the edge member is reserved within a certain range of the floor slab)is systematically studied on connection and mechanical property.The main work and results are as follows:1.On the basis of extensive reading of literature,the research hotspots,achievements and existing problems of assembled reinforced concrete shear wall structure at home and abroad in recent years are summarized.The nonlinear finite element analysis method for analyzing the mechanical properties of shear walls is summarized and compared.2.The efficient modeling method of simulating reinforced concrete shear wall using layered shell element is introduced,and the selection of various parameters and constitutive elements in the finite element model is determined through comparison and verification with the test.The finite element simulation of cast reinforced concrete specimens and fabricated reinforced concrete shear wall specimens was carried out to further verify the efficiency and accuracy of the reinforced concrete shear wall using the layered shell model.3.The design of the one-line,T-shaped and L-shaped connections under the new connection mode considering the joint height,and the axial compression ratio,the wall stiffness,the joint hoop ratio,the joint stiffness and the number of layers are designed.The static and quasi-static finite element analysis of the example designed in this paper is carried out by using the nonlinear analysis model of the layered shell.The monotonic curve and hysteresis curve of each example are obtained,and the failure modes and cracking points,yield point,limit point and failure point of each example are analyzed.By contrasting the stiffness,bearing capacity and ductility of different examples,comprehensively evaluate the mechanical performance under different parameters.4.On the basis of component analysis,further adopt dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the large-scale assembly shear wall structure of China Construction Third Bureau Green Investment Company under this new connection mode,and extend to multi-storey and high-rise.The indicators such as the displacement angle between the layers,the shearing force of the foundation,the shearing weight ratio,the damage of the wall and the damage of the whole structure under the multiple earthquakes and rare earthquakes are analyzed to provide reference for the engineering practice.5.Based on finite element calculation results,the parameter optimization of the shear wall under the new joint node is prospected,and some suggestions are put forward for joint design. |
