| Due to the continuous refreshing of the earth and rockfill dam number and the maximum dam height,the finite element approach is required to make numerical simulation analysis on the stress-strain of the dam body.The finite element analysis steps of earth and rockfill dam include establishing finite element model of dam body,selecting appropriate constitutive relation,endowing material parameters,applying loads and constraints,calculating and analyzing results,etc.Therefore,the analysis software to be used should have good visual operation capability,constitutive relation conforming to the requirements,high efficiency calculation capability and convenient preprocessing and postprocessing function.This paper comprehensively considers the above requirements,summarizes the experience of scholars at home and abroad,and establishes the secondary development content of earth and rockfill dam analysis module based on ANSYS software.Firstly,several kinds of geotechnical constitutive models and their theories are analyzed and compared,and Duncan-Chang model,Drucker-Prager model and equivalent linear model based on viscoelastic theory are determined as the main constitutive models.The application of several constitutive models in the program is also realized by using the characteristic programming subprogram of ANSYS,and the applicability of the compiled constitutive model is verified through case analysis of simple earth and rockfill dam and SHKAE91.Secondly,the modeling approach of the finite element model of earth and rockfill dam is studied.Considering the compatibility of ANSYS software,the modifiability of the model and the requirements of visual operation,the flows and rules of parametric modeling are developed.The parameterized modeling command flow of earth and rockfill dam,foundation and mountain which can adapt to hexahedral mesh subdivision and has strong modifiability is created by using the parameterized programming language of ANSYS.The feasibility of the parameterization method in this paper is verified by establishing a complex and asymmetric finite element model of earth and rockfill dam.Finally,finite element modeling and finite element stress-strain analysis of earth and rockfill dam with one central core under layered construction,water storage state and seismic load are carried out to analyze the rationality of the results.The analysis module realizes the command flow operation in the whole process,and only needs to modify the corresponding values in the command to complete the modification and re analysis,which greatly reduces the time cost of the design and analysis of earth rock dam,and provides a new method for the design,checking calculation and analysis of earth and rockfill dam. |
