The municipal water supply network is hailed as a lifeline project,which has a huge impact on all aspects of urban social production and life.Accidents such as leaks and pipe explosions that occur from time to time in the urban water supply network cause people ’s domestic water pressure and flow to decrease,and even cause water interruption.At the same time,the road surface around the explosion point collapses,giving the vehicle It brings safety hazards.Bacteria in the surrounding environment of the leakage point directly contact the water flow in the pipe and enter the interior of the water supply system,resulting in poor water quality of the municipal water supply system and affecting the safety of residents’ water use.Studying the loss of water supply network has become an important issue in the water supply industry.This paper focuses on the problems of the difficulty of quantifying the leakage model and the difficulty of locating the leakage point in the leakage control of the water supply system,with a view to providing technical support for the municipal water supply network to reduce leakage and save energy and reduce consumption.First of all,in engineering practice,the amount of leakage in the water supply network is often expressed as an exponential relationship with pressure,but the impact of various influencing factors on the index model during the operation of the water supply network is not clear enough.Research,analysis and discussion of the relationship between the amount of leakage and the water pressure of the pipeline,the area of ??the leak,the shape of the leak,the buried conditions of the pipeline,etc.In order to explore the rules and reveal the mechanism of pipeline leakage,an in-depth study on exponential leakage model was made.The experimental study method was used to obtain the data of leakage study,and the water pressure and the amount of leakage were curve-fitted,which proved that there was an exponential relationship between the water pressure and the amount of leakage.In order to obtain the change rule of the leakage index and the leakage coefficient with the size and shape of the leak in the exponential model,three types of leaks(ie,round leak,rectangular leak,and square leak)were designed for leak Experiments and studies have shown that the amount of leakage in each leak type increases continuously with the increase of water pressure,but the growth rate of each type is different.This is related to the continuous change of the leak area with the increase of water pressure during the leak process.In order to explore the effect of dynamic leakage area on the amount of leakage,the method of finite element analysis was used to obtain the law of the increase in leakage area with water pressure in each situation.On this basis,a binomial exponential leakage model was introduced,and the curve fitting The relationship between the area change parameter and the size of the leak in the binomial index model makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional index model,provides a reference for the study of the leakage model,and makes the calculation of the leakage amount more accurate.In addition,so far,the diagnostic technology of the municipal water supply network is not perfect enough,and false alarms often occur.With the help of artificial intelligence methods,this paper studies leak location and loss prediction technology.The pressure wave generated at the moment of leakage will affect the entire water supply network system,and different leakage points have different effects on the pipeline network system.The machine learning method can be used to learn and train each mode to find the specific leakage point.position.Through the water supply pipe network simulation simulation platform,the pressure and flow sample data of each leak point are obtained,and the built PSO-SVM system is used to establish a mapping relationship between the data to achieve the location of the leak point and make a budget for the amount of leakage at the leak point.The constructed model has a good application effect in the diagnosis of water supply network leakage,which provides a reference for the water supply network leakage diagnosis.
