Research On Electric Equipment Life Cycle Asset Management Of Shijiazhuang Power Supply Compaily

The traditional electric assets management mode, that is a function-based subsection management mode, emphasizes more sequencing and stage division. With these characteristics, it is not only bringing the different keys, ranges and aims of working, but also hardly connecting them together in different stages. As lack of overall consideration, it can’t achieve an optimal allocation.Management of Electric Equipment Life Cycle Asset is the system engineering theory in the application of asset management. It is a research based on the consideration of the reliability, safety and life cycle management of electric equipments, which makes the economic benefits finally induce to financial cost and benefit creation.In this paper, combining the present situation and developing needs of electric equipment management of Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company, it doesn’t only deeply analyze the method of the safety, efficiency and cost management, but also found a dynamic Life-Cycle-Asset-Management-based evaluation mode. By analyzing the statistics and evaluating the comprehensive effect of assets management, it raises a better way to optimize enterprise management and suggestions of improving enterprise management level.
