The modified emulsified asphalt mixture is mainly used in the repair of old roads,cold regeneration and other projects.The application of new roads is less.The modified emulsified asphalt is essentially asphalt and has the performance of modified asphalt,but after emulsification,With the addition of water,the performance is significantly reduced,which directly restricts the promotion and application of pavement paving.In order to improve the shortcomings of the traditional modified emulsified asphalt,this paper studies a special modified emulsified asphalt-waterborne acrylic emulsified asphalt.This article selects four different systems of water-based acrylic emulsion,study the advantages and disadvantages of single-component waterborne acrylic acid,curing mechanism,the proportion of materials,and the preparation of waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt,waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt modification mechanism and the strength of the mixture formation mechanism.Through the preparation and performance study of waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt materials,we can select the water-based acrylic resin that can be used for further study of the mixture.According to the grading,mixing,the best mixing water,the best ratio of oil and stone,the compacting method and the health conditions of the mixed mix specimens,the test method of the acrylic resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture was proposed.The composition of the water-based acrylic emulsified asphalt mixture is designedIn this paper,road performance and construction performance of water-borne acrylic emulsified asphalt mixture are studied,mainly through Marshall stability test,splitting strength test,high temperature rutting test,low temperature trabecular bending test,flooding Marshall,freeze-thaw splitting test,and so on.The mechanical properties,high and low temperature performance and water damage resistance of waterborne acrylic emulsified asphalt mixture were studied.The main properties are as follows:Marshall stability up to 30KN,forming splitting strength up to 1.5 MPa or more,cyan mixture dynamic stability up to 63,000 beats/mm or more,very good high temperature performance,the maximum bending strain range of the mixture in 2000μ £~3000μ £,good low temperature performance.The water damage resistance of waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt was studied at different ratios.As the proportion of waterborne acrylic acid increases,the water damage performance of the mixture becomes worse and worse.By adding cement,the water loss performance can be significantly improved,and the water loss performance can be improved by about 20%..In this paper,two outdoor test roads were carried out,and the test preparation and test steps for waterborne acrylic acid modified emulsified asphalt concrete for outdoor application tests were described in detail.The waterborne acrylic acid modified emulsified asphalt concrete construction process and the construction steps were provided.Some suggestions.After a large number of experimental studies,the preparation and modification mechanism analysis of waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt was studied.The composition design of waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt was studied.The road performance and construction performance of waterborne acrylic emulsion asphalt were studied.It is believed that the waterborne acrylic resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture is a kind of road surface material with high quality performance,and also has the characteristics of economy,energy conservation,environmental protection,and operability.
