Research On The Coordinated Development Of Port Group In Liaodong Peninsula Based On Game Theory

As the assembly point and hub port of land and water transportation,it is playing an important role in the process of global integration.In the decades of reform and opening up in China,the southeast coastal cities have developed rapidly,which can not be separated from the force of coastal ports.Liaodong Peninsula,located in the southeast of Liaoning Province,is the second largest peninsula in China,standing near the sea,with a wide coastline and numerous port terminals.The port groups of Liaodong Peninsula mainly include Dalian Port,Yingkou Port,Pan jin Port,Jinzhou Port,Dandong Port and Huludao Port.In recent years,the port group of Liaodong Peninsula not only faces the competition brought by the rapid development of some ports in Russia,Korea and South Korea,but also faces the competition of other regional ports in China,and the development growth rate is obviously reduced.Therefore,in order to make the port group healthy and sustainable development,we must solve the existing problems.Based on the analysis of the relevant theories and the description of the present situation of each port and port group,this paper analyzes the present cooperative situation and existing problems of port group in Liaodong Peninsula.Based on principal component analysis,fuzzy clustering is carried out.The six ports in the port group are divided into three categories:hub port-dalian port,branch port-yingkou port,feeding port-panjin port,jinzhou port,dandong port,cucurbit island port,dalian port can be built into northeast asia regional hub port continuously.Yingkou port is an important regional port in northeast asia.Then we use the grey multi-dimensional model to analyze the synergy between container throughput and cargo throughput.At last,the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the four cooperative models of port groups are analyzed,and the government-led non-equity cooperative model is chosen as a desirable way for the future cooperative development of Liaodong Peninsula.Based on the game theory,the game model of ports among port groups is established.Finally,Suggestions are given for the coordinated development of port groups.It is hoped that the port management committee can be set up in the future.Unified management,dislocation development;To strengthen port cooperation and build a mechanism for coordinating interests;Planning the industrial structure,hinterland port common development;Establish a supervisory organization to prevent undesirable phenomena...
