| WeiHe River,known as WeiShui in ancient times,is located in the middle of the peninsula area,west of JiaoLai River and east of BaiLang river.It originates from the northeast of LuBaoShanPo village,GuanZhuang Township,YiShui County,and finally flows into LaiZhou Bay of BoHai Sea from the north of XiaYing town.The drainage area is 6502km2,with a total length of 222km.The WuLian section of WeiHe River has not been treated for many years.The operation of the river channel is poor,the channel is silted up,the bank is scoured seriously,and the flood control and drainage capacity is weak.In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of extreme climate in WuLian County,affected by Typhoon "Wenbia" in 2018 and typhoon "Lichma" in 2019,the river bank has been destroyed and farmland has been flooded for two consecutive years,seriously affecting the production and life of the surrounding people.In order to protect the life and property of the residents along the line and the safety of important infrastructure,and to achieve the goal of "eradicating flood and preventing drought" put forward by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government,the WuLian County section of WeiHe River was comprehensively controlled.In this paper,the comprehensive treatment project of WuLian County section of WeiHe River is taken as the feasibility study object.By means of on-site investigation and historical literature review,the regional overview and basic hydrogeological data of the project are collected and sorted out to reflect the necessity and feasibility of the project construction.Based on the basic data,the design flood and construction flood are calculated At the end of the paper,the feasible construction scheme is provided through calculation.Finally,several factors that have great influence on the project,such as environmental protection,water and soil conservation,social stability risk,are analyzed comprehensively.The design budget,economic analysis and other contents are considered as a whole,and material support is provided for the feasibility of the project and some feasible suggestions are put forward. |
