At present,China’s economy is in a stage of rapid development.As a support for economic development,engineering projects are dotted,and the safety of construction projects has gradually become the focus of attention of the whole society,and it is also a key factor for the smooth progress of all links in the construction process of engineering projects.Once safety problems occur,it will produce The harm is great and the social impact is bad.Reconstruction,new projects and operation after completion,safety accidents often occur.The main reason is that there are still some problems in the management level of the engineering project,especially the safety risk assessment technology and the level have stopped.Based on the above problems,it is very necessary to strengthen the safety risk assessment,risk management and risk prediction of each production link project of the thermal power plant,and it also meets the requirements of the country to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This paper relies on the coal storage yard reconstruction project of a thermal power plant to identify the hazards and evaluate the risks in the reconstruction project.First,the main construction projects of the reconstruction project are summarized,the commonly used identification methods are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each risk identification method are compared and analyzed.The risk identification methods of the construction project in the construction operation are brainstorming method and Delphi.Combined with the method,get the initial risk index of the reconstruction project and use the questionnaire method to verify the index,and finally determine the risk index system.Through the use of DEMATEL combined with network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)for risk evaluation,the global weight and local weight of each risk factor are obtained,and the parts to be prevented and the risk factors that should be controlled during the construction of the reconstruction project are determined.Finally,the implementation of management and control strategy for risk factors with high weight.
